Never started the cycle I wanted to earlier on, but I have been working out every since. Upped the weight and my left arm is catching up, Im doing more exercises and all and getting stronger overall, but still sticking to DBs...tried BB bench press and shoulder press and idk I guess I can start adding it in my normal routine I just want my arms to be even before doing more BB. Am I being a little girl and should I just start BB? Its not that theres pain, I just think its not smart to since the slight inbalance.
I just didnt want to waste the IGF. Am I worrying too much about starting IGF. I think I want to be TOO PERFECT. Need support or guidance on starting IGF.
