Start of Week 3, block 2
I mainly just show my main movements, because who really gets all excited about most accessories

Also layered in some anavar

Steroidify gear is solid as always, loving the anavar thus far.
I have been eating like an asshole, so no real point in dialing up my dosages. When I get back from the short family trip end of month I will revamp the diet. Yesterday, I went to Cosco and loaded up a about $300 in steaks. Unreal how expensive some meat is.
Week 1 on bench we cranked up 365 for 4x3 and an AMRAP of 6. Not bad.
Week 2 I was feeling spicy, went off program and pin pressed 475
Then Tuesday i did some super light OHP and re-aggravated my right shoulder, so took Week 3s main bench movement off. This right shoulder is driving me nuts.
Squats are going well. Week 2 featured a light 385 5x3 then 2x15 at 295
This squat workout alerted me that I need to tighten up on my food intake and ramp up them calories--from good sources. Hence the steaks, i can consistently eat those, just gets pricy.
