Whats your take on Straight leg deadlifts for building the hamstrings? Worth doing, or should stick with leg curls?

YEA I agree with THAHIZ. Def. worth it I do both and it will kick your ass but it will do the trick. You might also try standing one leg curls if you dont do them already.

I've been doing both for last year or so and I've noticed more developement. I do them for the last movement so I get a good stretch at the same time.

I use to do them all the time. I 'm going to have to throw them in again.

I think for strength it's the best thing next to glute ham raise, but for only bbing purposes, leg curls are all that's necessary.

i think opposite of most here...i'm longer up top than my legs so SLD's actually work my lower back alot more than my hams...a couple things i've been doing lately is 1. glute/ham hypers...i'll use bodyweight and push myself up with arms then fight the negative with hams...2. bottom half only med to wide ATG squats never coming up more than halfway and staying in the bottom...
