Super DMZ 2.0 and IGF

I've been doing 60 per day usually to body part I'm training for 2-3 weeks now. I'm still seeing improvements....getting leaner and more vascular by the day it seems. I've really been cutting carbs the last couple of weeks to see what would happen. I have noticed that certain days I'm not as full looking as others. This week I only had 50g carbs on Monday and Tuesday, about 100 on Wednesday, and around 150 yesterday. I will go back down to 50 or so today and tomorrow and then load up on Sunday. I'm sure the diet has helped with the vascularity and getting leaner but I'm seeing veins that I havent seen before...definitely not as well as can see now. It's really pretty freaky looking at times. Loving the IGF, and thinking about getting some more DMZ. Does anyone know of any other PHs that are worth taking or just stay with the DMZ since I know it works?
 
Yes, still taking about 30-45 mins before I workout. The pumps come hard and fast. I did arms this morning ,and arms were crazy pumped after just 3 warmup sets of pushdowns and machine preacher curls. It's nothing too uncomfortable or anything...feels really good to me. I would say if anything, I dont have to do as much volume to feel completely blown out..not that I dont or cant do more, just dont feel like need to. I usually do 3-4 sets of a given exercise. I may only do two or sometimes even one because I feel like I just dont need any more of that and will move on to the next one. I like to switch things up and hit muscle from different angles, so this has really worked out well for me.

I have to say this IGf is amazing. I had pretty much a cheat week on my diet. I still ate the normal things but added some not so good things to it too and I really cant tell any difference. I'm still really lean and vascular despite the crap that I ingested this week. I plan on cleaning it up again starting today actually and will get back on track as far as that goes. I'm sticking with 60 before each workout, and that seems to be working really good for me. Just because I felt like it, I ordered some more Super DMZ...four bottles should be here tomorrow or Monday. Oh yeah!

I will probably just take two a day again until two bottles are gone. That worked for me the first time. I will at least start with that being the plan. If I get a wild hair or feel like it's not working, I may go up to three a day or stay with two and just run it longer. Do you, or anyone, think that it would be too long to run until the four bottles are gone? At two per day that would be like four months...that seems like a long time. That would get me through the summer.
 
lol, your asking the wromng guy here brutha, i have stayed on things for years on end,lol, however im not familiar with dmz enough to know whats long and whats not
 
I hear ya man. I've taken other stuff for longer too...just not sure about the DMZ. Oh well, I will probably just do it and see what happens.

The pumps have been even more intense...especially the last two days with shoulders and arms. The workouts went great and felt really strong. The IGF is also still in full effect at 60 preworkout. Is it a good idea to come off the IGF for a while or good to just stay on? I'm loving it too much to come off now but was wondering how long should run it.

I stay on it for about 12 or so weeks at a time, and i don't start seeing my best gains until week 7 and on!
 
I think I'm going to stay on for at least another bottle. I'm still seeing improvements, so I might as well. I saw a friend of mine yesterday for the first time in about 2-3 months, and he couldn't believe how lean and vascular I was. I told him about what I was doing, and he was convinced to give it a try. I upped my DMZ to three a day starting on Monday. By the end of the week I would say I could notice some more strength gains and probably some increased aggression as well. I going to stay wit three along with 60mcg of IGF. It's working great, so not going to change anything.
 
good to hear I talked to my buddy taking it and he's only been on it a week and says he's liking it couldn't really tell me why but said he likes it.lol

Hi Thashiz, any update? I have used DMZ 2.0 last year and loved too. I want to try something new and stronger. Have you tried the new DMZ 3.0 yet? I am thinking of Sasquatch DNA, anyone heard of it?
About the IGF, I am still research it. I never injected anything into my body and I am kinda curious of how to apply and where. If it is easy thing, I might go with injectables instead of oral. I know it is better on the liver. Please advise. Thank you so much.
 
nah bro never heard of that brand of DMZ , we have a new Sponsor coming on board any day now who will be carrying all these pro-hormone designer steroid type products in case your curious or haven't pulled the trigger yet on ur purchase of DMZ 3.0
 
I have a buddy that just got done with the DMZ 3.0 and said it was ok. I have try the DMZ 2.0 and like it alot. What is the difference between the two BIGZU or do you know ?
