Yes, still taking about 30-45 mins before I workout. The pumps come hard and fast. I did arms this morning ,and arms were crazy pumped after just 3 warmup sets of pushdowns and machine preacher curls. It's nothing too uncomfortable or anything...feels really good to me. I would say if anything, I dont have to do as much volume to feel completely blown out..not that I dont or cant do more, just dont feel like need to. I usually do 3-4 sets of a given exercise. I may only do two or sometimes even one because I feel like I just dont need any more of that and will move on to the next one. I like to switch things up and hit muscle from different angles, so this has really worked out well for me.
I have to say this IGf is amazing. I had pretty much a cheat week on my diet. I still ate the normal things but added some not so good things to it too and I really cant tell any difference. I'm still really lean and vascular despite the crap that I ingested this week. I plan on cleaning it up again starting today actually and will get back on track as far as that goes. I'm sticking with 60 before each workout, and that seems to be working really good for me. Just because I felt like it, I ordered some more Super DMZ...four bottles should be here tomorrow or Monday. Oh yeah!
Well I just finished my first week back on the DMZ. It may be too early for it to have really kicked in, but it feels like it has. The pumps have been even more intense...especially the last two days with shoulders and arms. The workouts went great and felt really strong. The IGF is also still in full effect at 60 preworkout. Is it a good idea to come off the IGF for a while or good to just stay on? I'm loving it too much to come off now but was wondering how long should run it.
I think I'm going to stay on for at least another bottle. I'm still seeing improvements, so I might as well. I saw a friend of mine yesterday for the first time in about 2-3 months, and he couldn't believe how lean and vascular I was. I told him about what I was doing, and he was convinced to give it a try. I upped my DMZ to three a day starting on Monday. By the end of the week I would say I could notice some more strength gains and probably some increased aggression as well. I going to stay wit three along with 60mcg of IGF. It's working great, so not going to change anything.
