Well I decided to pin my calves today so I can have more areas to rotate. I gotta say the pinning part was fckn cake, but I used TNE/TREN and holly fck are my calves sore. I'm sure once I get used to it, it won't be so bad. Have any of you ever hit your calves before???? If not, it really isn't that bad, but I would recomend something a little less harsh till you get used to it....

im never hit the cales bro and no sure ill pick tha site! LOL minehurt so bad after training them i cant walk good must less pinnin 'em!!

I gotta say, I think I like hittn my calves. They are a little sore but not no where near as bad as I thought it would. My calves look nice and full also. Feels just like I worked my calves and they are just sore from that. Def should give it a try. NO PAIN NO GAIN!!!!!:bber:

yeah i never hit my calves, atleast not that i can ever remember doing, lol. I try to stick to larger volume areas incase of infection or something, as you always have a better chance of fighting it off in a larger muscle with more blood and overall volume, however i know some guys who use to do calves and they loved it, so theirs nothing wrong with it in my opinion, it just scares me

I used to hit my calves, but haven't in a long time. Anytime I can't walk from a pin, I tend to stay away from that spot and that's why I haven't hit them recently

Once in a blue moon I'll hit the calves. 50/50 chance I'll be limping for next 2 days. But when they go smooth, not a ounce of pain. But have a few bleeders too.
