Little update, started the “last week” of my program a little late due to the flu but back again today

Tomorrow, leg day (part1) I’ll start with the l-carnitine clen and cla
Today has been THE day…LEG day and started with the injection of l-carnitine ( oily and painful) and I’m quite surprised because my energy levels were sky high! I thought I could work out on another muscle group easily, zero nausea at the end of the workout , nothing, easy like drink a glass of water

Clen now 40 tomorrow up to 60 and no sides thanks the advices on the forum
Tomorrow another jab of l-carnitine
HGH still on the way hopefully will arrive next week
