im having touble deciding on wheteher or not to do this. I brought it up a little while ago but does anyone have any literature on why not to do it? I have already read why to do it, but I like to read up on both sides.
I don't either. I'm on HRT, but I also look at it very simply as I've posted tons of times. You are NOT going to hold a supraphysiological amount of muscle on the meager amount of hormones your body supplies to maintain homeostasis. Homeostasis and supraphysiological amounts of muscle are mutually exclusive at the basic cellular level.
the basic reason not to bridge is that you are risking the poss. of perm shutdown and your not completely allowing your receptors to clean out...
even if you bridge you still need to take some time off even if it's a short period of time to allow the receptors time to clean out...Chris made some good points on this
