Well I worked out last Monday and it was the first workout in months, and i was sore from Monday through Friday,lol, and I mean SUPER SORE LIKE I NEVER LIFTED A WEIGHT IN MY LIFE!
Anyhow I think Im going to try to hit the gym this evening and see how i feel. Super light weights and higher rep range! With baggy clothes so you cant see all my bones sticking out of my skinniness,lol
