Did hammer strength flat bench. 225 for 20, 315 for 20, 405 for 15 and 450 for 7.. Incline dumbbells 60 for 20, 80 for 20, 100 for 15 and 110 for 20.. Did some cable crossovers and pec deck.. And finished up doing 100 push ups..
When we worked out together in the past, we both would rep 125's on incline for anywhere from 8 to 10 reps. Lights in is strong as shit. Ah the good ole days.....

I never did high reps before.. Then I was getting train by Chris250 and he had me doing high reps.. I never new how strong I was tell I meet Chris.. He is one guy that I look up to when it comes to weight training.. He can bring the best out of me in the gym.. A very awesome guy.. Tumbs up in my book..
