I decided that starting this week I will be doing tri's every week again (I had been switchin it off with shoulders since the tri surgery)
Im still not doing a ton of weight, but today I was doing behind the heads w the 70 pound DB comfortably for 10---Most Ive done before injury was 120# DB for like 6. close grip on smith is 185 for 10 comfortably, from 6 months ago 95 was really pulling at the tri.

Awesome, Metal. Has the IGF helped the injury?

Thanks and yeah I believe it is bc its just feeling more sm,ooth, and def losing some of this belly fat, which for me was getting out of control, I was up tp like 15% bf and all is right around mid section, so its trimming that up nicely, I still have a couple months to get to where I want to be, and like I have said my dieting isnt very strict so I have plenty of time

Good to hear, I told you that IGF is the shit. Glad to see the tricep is healing and building nicely. I'm still lagging badly on my right arm from my injury, but I'm sure that'll change in the next few months
