I always stretch and if im doin any push movements I warm up my shoulders with a 5 pound plate with pitcher exercises. I take about 5 minutes to do all that
I will do 5-10 minutes on a bike or something just to get the heart rate up and blood flowing. And before I do chest or shoulders, I always do rotator cuff warm up exercises.
I don't warm up per se like on a cardio machine. I just start with light warmup weight for each exercise I do. More about acclimation to the weight for me.
