I dont want to toast my receptors, which believe it or not gives off a scent which is very distinct that I can tell on everybody that just stays on, its weird but true. I want all my shit to function right so thats why I cyc, to each is own but I have seen to many bad things from ppl stayin on for years stacking 6 things all the time, they were big, but piss out blood, get hooked to pain meds, have heart issues, 1 died (but its bc his pain meds went further all originally due to his joint pain holding him back in the gym) he was like 27.
An answer to your original post, i cycle 3 months on 3 months off, during my off cycle the 1st month is my PCT consisting off Nolvadex at 20mg per day, Clomid at 50mg per day, ZMA, Milk Thistle and the usual health supps.
Im currently using slin during my PCT to help maintain size and strength. This is the 1st time for me to try this and so far it seems to be working well. Im only using it Pre Workout but some people say to use it 3 x per day to reap better results.
I wont be taking anything in the 2nd month but will be using slin again at the start of the 3rd month which will hopefully add a few more lbs on me ready to start my next cycle.
Ive heard IGF-1 LR3 is also very good for bridging between cycles but i havent tried this ..... just yet![]()
What the hell is off months?????? Thats time wasted in my op. I never take time off. Longest I have taken off in the past 8 years is 2 weeks. That'e only because I had an umbilicle hernia I had operated on.
same here....i took a week off for the first time in two years, and it wasnt my choice. it was work related.
