I work out way less and eat everything, making it much harder to get back into shape when Im back on but its also my break from all the dieting and killing myself in the gym, its my treat to myself
 
What the hell is off months?????? Thats time wasted in my op. I never take time off. Longest I have taken off in the past 8 years is 2 weeks. That'e only because I had an umbilicle hernia I had operated on.
 
damn guys.... and yes mr-l thats what I meant. I dont want to toast my receptors, which believe it or not gives off a scent which is very distinct that I can tell on everybody that just stays on, its weird but true. I want all my shit to function right so thats why I cyc, to each is own but I have seen to many bad things from ppl stayin on for years stacking 6 things all the time, they were big, but piss out blood, get hooked to pain meds, have heart issues, 1 died (but its bc his pain meds went further all originally due to his joint pain holding him back in the gym) he was like 27.

An answer to your original post, i cycle 3 months on 3 months off, during my off cycle the 1st month is my PCT consisting off Nolvadex at 20mg per day, Clomid at 50mg per day, ZMA, Milk Thistle and the usual health supps.

Im currently using slin during my PCT to help maintain size and strength. This is the 1st time for me to try this and so far it seems to be working well. Im only using it Pre Workout but some people say to use it 3 x per day to reap better results.

I wont be taking anything in the 2nd month but will be using slin again at the start of the 3rd month which will hopefully add a few more lbs on me ready to start my next cycle.

Ive heard IGF-1 LR3 is also very good for bridging between cycles but i havent tried this ..... just yet ;)

you should try MC igf, and I found that I can use much less clomid than that with good results however the nolva has to be very consistant with me or I will get a under the nip lump, esp w/ sus
 
just because your not on a cycle doesn't mean you don't train hard, back in the 80's I use to train with this guy who only trained hard while he was on , when he was off he trained like a baby always saying Im not on so why train hard, needless to say he hasn't trained in 20 years and is a big fat slob now, I train hard because I like it being on or off. I give it all I got for that day. If I am real tired I still give what I can. If my shirt is not soaked I know I didn't train hard . If you have this attitude now in 10 years you will not be working out at all, simply join the ranks of the rest of the fat out of shape people out there

same here....i took a week off for the first time in two years, and it wasnt my choice. it was work related.

I have been working out since 98 so far, and the reason I cool down during off times is to let my joints (tendons and ligaments) chill out for a while as wellas my CNS. I did a good chest workout but instead of 115 db's on incline I went up to 90# DB's, did more flies with full stretching, focused more on movement and flexing at the end of the fly exercises

you know you assholes are going to make me ruin my wait till January to get back on plan right..... hahahaha Its in my damn head now thank you all =( I need to take up a fund from u guys similar to a church plate bein pased around except its a gear plate for METAL
