just an update... Moved my legs way out and def broke parallel (videoed it). Felt way better on the back and hit an absolutely efforless 455 paused squat. I think i'll be at 600 by may.

This one was just to gauge depth, but I was thinking about starting a log if that wasn't too douchy and people thought it would be motivating. I'd put videos of good lifts and update progress almost daily.
