Looks like a possible tear or a broken blood vessel and the blood pooled in your tricep.

Without knowing a history like was there any trauma from a car/bike wreck or a fight I would say like nuk said it looks like a tear.

Im hoping its just a muscle tear or popped vessel. No insurance. And believe it or not doctors are all assholes that do nothing for free, there advice would be go sign into ER.... and id need an MRI to get it checked out anyways, im thinking it may be from a spot in from gf bc it left a knot that was really tight and id stretch my bi and it killed
