Elon Musk & Mark Zuckerberg ‘Dead Serious’ About Fighting in UFC: Dana White

Celebrity boxing matches have gained a ton of popularity with the rise of social media influencers and former athletes testing out their abilities inside the ring in the last few years. A new kind of showdown appears to brewing between two of the richest men on the planet. In a recent interview with TMZ, UFC president Dana White confirmed Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk are serious about competing against each other in a cage fight.
Celebrity boxing matches have gained a ton of popularity with the rise of social media influencers and former athletes testing out their abilities inside the ring in the last few years. A new kind of showdown appears to brewing between two of the richest men on the planet. In a recent exchange on Twitter, Mark Zuckerberg accepted Elon Musk’s challenge to a cage fight and UFC president Dana White got involved too.
Business mogul Elon Musk is the richest man on the planet and maintains a packed schedule managing his businesses. He first rose to prominence for creating Zip2, an online city guide software firm that was acquired for $307 million in 1999. He helped shape the financial technology company PayPal through X.com.
Musk embarked on his passion project of making a spaceflight services company called SpaceX in 2002. Having invested early in electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla, he became the CEO in 2008 and also co-founded the artificial intelligence research company, OpenAI.
In Aug. 2022, Musk admitted he was not in the best shape he could be. Although he doesn’t enjoy working out, he understands its importance and indicated plans to fit time for the gym into his busy routine. Then, Musk followed up with a positive health update revealing he dropped 20 pounds after incorporating fasting into his lifestyle.

Mark Zuckerberg found success after he co-founded the social media giant Facebook in 2004. The platform quickly gained momentum and skyrocketed in popularity to become the largest online networking service in the world with over 2.94 billion monthly active users. He regularly features on the lists of the wealthiest persons in the world with a net worth exceeding $85 billion.
Zuckerberg opened up on his newfound passion for Brazilian jiu-jitsu last August. He expanded his presence in mixed martial arts by partnering with UFC champions like Alex Volkanovski for the launch of his virtual reality line. He was also in attendance cage side with his wife for UFC Vegas 61 to support Mackenzie Dern.
Last month, Zuckerberg put his grappling abilities to the test and scored gold and silver medals in his first BJJ tournament contest.
Dana White says Elon Musk & Mark Zuckerberg are serious about fighting in UFC
In a recent interview, Dana White confirmed Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg are serious about fighting each other inside the UFC octagon.
White shared updates after talking to both Mark and Elon about the possibility of a potential bout. He’s confident the super fight would handily overtake the crossover match between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor as the biggest event in combat sports history.
Zuck proved his fighting skills with medals in a BJJ contest weeks ago. According to White, Musk informed him he had been in “plenty of fights growing up in South Africa.” The UFC head honcho expects the pay-per-view to cost $100, a $20 bump up from the regular $80 for UFC events. All proceeds from the match would go to charity.
“Talked with Mark and Elon last night, both guys are absolutely dead serious about this,” White told TMZ. “The biggest fight of all time was Floyd and Conor, I just think it triples that — it triples what that did, there’s no limit on what that thing can make.”
Musk floated the idea of fighting Zuckerberg
On Jun. 21, Elon Musk expressed his willingness to compete against Zuck in a cage match. Zuck came across the tweet and issued a fiery response back, invoking the spirit of legendary UFC fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov.
“I’m up for a cage match if he is lol,” wrote Elon.
“Send Me Location,” Zuck replied.

This is Zuck’s story on insta right now.

Musk agreed to the possibility and laid out his training experience. He followed up by revealing his secret move.
“If this is for real, I will do it,” wrote Musk. “I almost never work out, except for picking up my kids & throwing them in the air.”
“Vegas Octagon,” he added. “I have this great move that I call ‘The Walrus’, where I just lie on top of my opponent & do nothing.”
Musk concluded, “The most entertaining outcome is the most likely.”

If this is for real, I will do it ??

Nurmagomedov, former UFC lightweight champion, weighed in with a brief message following the exchange between Zuck and Musk.
“Dagestan,” wrote Nurmagomedov.

Zuckerberg crushed the brutal Murph workout challenge on Memorial Day earlier this month. He performed 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 squats, and ran 2 miles in under 40 mins all while wearing a 20-pound vest.
As unexpected as it may seem, Dana White’s comments solidify that a clash between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg is brewing and there’s a good chance it might be on the horizon.

Joey Swoll Calls Out Woman Hogging Machines for Supersets: “I’m Sorry You Don’t Own The Gym”

Joey Swoll Calls Out Woman Hogging Machines for Supersets: “I’m Sorry You Don’t Own The Gym”

Fitness personality Joey Swoll is gaining momentum on his mission to make gyms more welcoming environments. In a recent Instagram video, Swoll called out a woman who shamed a man for trying to use one of the many machines she was hogging at the gym.

“Here’s an idea, how about instead of taking a video to make fun of this man and call him a clown to make yourself out to be a victim which you’re not, you handle it like an adult,” shared Joey Swoll.

Gym etiquette has become Swoll’s life mission as of late. Over the years, he and many others have observed bullying, harassment, and even violence at local gyms and fitness centers. He coined this problem “toxic gym culture,” and has taken to various TikTok and Instagram videos to spread his message.

In his latest endeavor, Swoll condemned the actions of a female influencer who occupied multiple machines for supersets instead of sharing the equipment in a courteous manner. In the video, a man decides to ‘work in’ and completes a set of back extensions. However, the female believes he not only crashed her video but violated her personal space a handful of times.
Joey Swoll Torches Woman for Bashing Gym-Goer & Hogging Machines: ‘You Make Yourself Out to Be the Victim, Which You’re Not’
Here is the woman’s caption for reference:
“I was using the hyperextension machine and doing sets back and forth & no lie this man was 4 inches from my ass each time I tried to finish my sets bc of how I set up My Little space to film & he so rudely went in my frame. Like sir… you clearly saw me doing something,” the influencer shared.
Swoll believes the man who used the back extension machine did nothing wrong. He added that supersetting with three or four different exercises at the gym is poor etiquette.
“So let me get this straight you’re upset with that man you call him a clown, you say that he’s rude all because he sees the back extension is open while you’re off doing 2-3 different exercises supersetting setting up your camera and he decides to use it…  and because he’s in your space while you’re filming as if your video is more important than another member’s workout, it’s not.
I’m sorry, you don’t own the gym. Not to mention it’s not good gym etiquette to do three or four different exercises supersetting and hog a machine,” Swoll said. “Not everything needs to be filmed and posted on social media. The gym is a shared space there’s going to be conflict, sort it out. You need to do better mind your business,” Joey Swoll said via Instagram.

Given the sheer number of conflicts Joey has encountered during his movement, it’s evident there is still a lot of work to be done. However, his efforts got the attention of bodybuilding legend and former seven-time Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger. Back in Feb., ‘The Austrian Oak’ praised Swoll for his continued work in making gyms and exercise locations more welcoming for everyone.
Toxic gym culture affects bodybuilders as well. Last September, Charly Young, an NPC athlete, faced verbal abuse from a man who shouted at him for just taking off his shirt and posing in the gym. Swoll commended Young for his calmness and criticized the man’s angry tirade.

This isn’t the first time Joey Swoll has taken aim at filming inside gyms. Last week, the influencer made an example out of a woman for filming a workout without any respect for those around her. Following his latest effort, hopefully, in time, gyms continue to become more accepting places for people of all fitness levels.

High School Principal Shocks Students with Insane 585-lb Deadlift

High School Principal Shocks Students with Insane 585-lb Deadlift

The Internet has provided a launching pad for many people for both good and bad reasons. While some find fame through prank videos, others gain attention for their incredible feats of strength. In a recent video posted on Instagram, a high school principal left his students in shock by lifting a huge 585-pound deadlift in the gym.
Deadlifts are one of the most productive exercises one can perform in the training room. The compound movement takes advantage of multiple muscle groups and contributes toward increasing strength in a functional manner. For powerlifters, it’s an essential exercise that they test themselves on along with bench presses and squats. It’s also a staple for strongman athletes.
While professional contenders are expected to inspire others with their heavy lifts, there have been several instances where the inspiration came from unexpected places. In Jul. 2022, a female TikToker influencer named Alice Elizabeth left her fellow gym-goers stunned with her strength after performing a huge 264.5-lb (120-kg) deadlift for six reps. The other male members had a hard time believing how easily she could lift the heavyweight.
Rapper Blueface teamed up with social media fitness influencer Bradley Martyn for a collaborative training session earlier this year. He impressed Martyn in a major way by lifting over 300 pounds on the deadlift.

86-year-old powerlifter Brian Winslow defied his age and crushed the National and World records on the deadlift three months ago. He set the new British and world record by lifting a 171-pound deadlift in the 132 pounds category for ages 85-89 at the 2023 British Drug-Free Powerlifting Championships.
74-year-old Rudy Kadlub celebrated his latest birthday in style by scoring a new PR that would leave even the younger gym-goers envious two months ago. He recorded a massive 524 pounds (237 kilograms) raw deadlift for two reps using the sumo stance.
High School principal shocks students with an insane 585-pound deadlift
In a recent Instagram post, a high school principal left the students in shock after crushing a massive 585-pound deadlift in the school gym. The students applauded after the lift.
The man in the video from last year is Alexander Mercieca of Grissom High School in Huntsville, Alabama. He is an avid fitness enthusiast who is also a certified CrossFit trainer. He continues to train hard and lifted an impressive 550-pound deadlift for three reps with ease five weeks ago.
Reactions from the fitness community came pouring in on the clip. While many praised the man for his feat of strength, some found areas to criticize regardless.
“Teaching the students a thing about lifting,” the post captioned.
“No belt straps or even right clothes,” noted a user.
“W teacher,” wrote one.
“Only belt is to hold his pants up,” commented a user.
“No belt, no wraps, jeans and a tie….. BEAST!!!” wrote another.
“Maybe he could teach them to set the bar back down instead of dropping it,” criticized one.
“Impressive, but can he teach,” criticized another.
“He can absolutely do more,” wrote a user.
One responded, “If you can pick this up, you get an ‘A.’”
“The dad strength displayed is unreal,” commented a poster.

Legendary rapper Method Man, real name Clifford Smith Jr., of the iconic hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan, encouraged his massive fanbase with a workout update by performing heavy deadlifts at the age of 52 last month.
Fitness fans took motivation from 73-year-old powerlifter Mary Duffy who managed to smash a 310-pound deadlift, over 2.5x her body weight, with chains in a training session weeks ago.
Speaking of deadlifts, Inderraj Singh Dhillon set a new IPF deadlift World Record of 851 pounds (386-kg) in the. 120-kg weight class at the 2023 IPF World Classic Open Powerlifting Championships a few days ago. Farhanna Farid achieved a similar feat after pulling a 447.5-pound (203-kg) raw deadlift in the 52-kg category to set a new all-time World Record at the same event.
The school principal’s resurfaced clip would surely give a dose of motivation to many considering the weight he lifted at an old age.

Martyn Ford Reveals Food & Supplements of 10,000 Calorie Diet for Bulking at 360-lb

Martyn Ford Reveals Food & Supplements of 10,000 Calorie Diet for Bulking at 360-lb

British bodybuilder Martyn Ford transformed himself into one of the freakiest mass monsters in the world. Having started relatively frail for his size, he spent years working hard in the training room to achieve his present physique. In a recent interview with Escape Fitness, Ford revealed the food sources he likes to consume when on a diet and when he’s eating 10,000 calories to bulk up at 360 pounds.
Social media fitness influencer Martyn Ford grew up playing professional cricket before finding his passion for bodybuilding. He rose to prominence for his humongous physique with unreal muscle mass, size, and overall muscularity. Standing at 6 ft 8 inches, Ford’s extreme package amassed him a huge following of 4.5 million on Instagram and earned him the opportunity to get on the silver screen. He made headlines for his antagonistic role in his acting debut in the film Boyka: Undisputed (2016) alongside fellow Brit Scott Adkins.
Ford sparked a heated rivalry with internet sensation Sajad Gharibi, popularly known as the ‘Iranian Hulk’ over the last two years. The pair traded verbal jabs online and were scheduled to settle their differences in a boxing match in April 2022. During the build-up to the outing, Ford shoved Gharibi to the ground with ease after the latter failed his attempt in a face-off. Gharibi later opened up about his mental health challenges that stemmed from the fact he got disowned by his family due to the incident.
Given Gharibi’s admission to suicidal thoughts, the organizers pulled the plug on the bout and Ford added the discrepancy between Gharibi’s online image and real-life factored in as well. Nevertheless, Ford pulled off an incredible body transformation, losing nearly 60 pounds in preparations for the scrapped contest.

Martyn Ford continued to train boxing and left the fans stunned with an insanely jacked physique update following the cancelation. Despite calls from Gharibi to proceed with the match, Ford decided against it as he was concerned about his opponent’s mental health in case the outcome would not be in his favor.
‘The Nightmare’ began training in MMA in hopes of competing under the Polish MMA promotion KSW in May 2022. He showed off his giant physique in a workout update a month later. He was even eyeing a boxing fight with legendary strongman Hafthor Bjornsson but faced issues in making the showdown come to fruition.
Martyn Ford reveals food & supplements of 10,000 calorie diet for bulking at 360-lb

In a recent YouTube video, Martyn Ford revealed his preferred food sources to fit into his diet, which can go up to 10,000 calories to add muscle to his 360-pound frame.
“My appetite is ridiculous and I’m very carb-sensitive so like sweet potato, oats, rice. I could do three or four thousand calories in a meal easily if I am not careful,” said Ford.
“A typical not training for anything day would be oats and eggs for breakfast, rice cakes, cottage cheese, fruit, Greek yogurt snacks, nuts, snacks, and then sweet potato, salmon, steak, rice, potato chips but made myslef in the oven. Just generally that kind of food is where I’m staying at. About eight meals a day easily. When I’m growing I can easily go up to eight meals a day, I’ll wake up starving and eat twice in the night.”
“I’m still doing 4,500 calories dieting so it’s nice because it’s normal whereas when I’m bulking, if I want to put some size on, I’m up to eight, nine, 10,000 calories, which is hard work when it’s good food.”
Ford listed the staple supplements he likes to utilize in addition to whole food.
“The big ones that I’d always lean on to will be glutamines, creatines, aminos, if I’m bulking I’ll have a carb drink intra, post, and then isolate whey. But again, only after workout I would never replace food if I don’t need to with a protein shake. [Greens supplement] as well.”
Martyn Ford opened up on using steroids to achieve fitness goals in July 2022. While he believed there were benefits that can be derived from taking gear, he argued there was a major downside as well if one used substances from the black market and without proper research. Then, he teamed up with former UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping for a brutal chest workout last September.
Ford showed off his monstrous package while crushing an intense training session last month.
It’s fascinating to get insight into the diet and supplementation of the man who boasts one of the craziest physiques in the world. His latest offering could benefit others who may be on a similar path to get some gains.

Chris Hemsworth first gained attention for his work in the Australian television series Home and Away in 2004. After leaving the show in 2007, he made his way to Hollywood. He got the opportunity to feature in Star Trek (2009), which was a box-office hit.
In 2011, Hemsworth got tapped to play the role of the superhero Thor in a self-titled film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He received major praise for his portrayal of the burly superhero and went on to reprise the role in other projects, including The Avengers. His depiction of the ‘God of Thunder’ skyrocketed his star power and established his status as a global superstar.

He took advantage of bodyweight workouts to get ripped for the role and level up his functional performance. In Jul. 2022, Hemsworth left the fans stunned with a behind-the-scenes photo from the sets of Thor: Love and Thunder, the fourth and latest installment of the Thor franchise. He followed up with an insane 200-rep workout challenge consisting of five full-body exercises that could be performed anywhere.
Arnold Schwarzenegger is widely considered to be one of the best Men’s Open competitors of all time. He dominated the bodybuilding stages in the 1970s, racking up seven Mr. Olympia titles against the likes of three-time champ Sergio Oliva, Frank Zane, and Franco Columbu. His starring role in the docudrama Pumping Iron (1977) elevated his star power and took the sport to new heights.
After moving on from competition, Schwarzenegger used the same work ethic to find success in acting. He quickly amassed a massive following based on his lead roles in cult classic films like The Terminator (1984), Commando (1985), and Total Recall (1990). Along with his work on the silver screen, he also launched a fitness showcase named the Arnold Classic in 1989. His impact transcended bodybuilding and made him a household name.

Strongman Eddie Hall Shows Off ‘Round Pecs’ in Recent Bodybuilding Update

Even though he’s not recording a deadlift record or a feat of strength, strongman legend Eddie Hall still knows how to wow an audience. In a recent Instagram post, Hall flashed an upshot of his pecs in a physique update and called out his future rival, Chris Bumstead.
Hall is ready to flex his muscles as a bodybuilder in 2024. Earlier this year, the former strongman champ revealed his plan to switch to the new sport. He said he was inspired by four-time Classic Physique Olympia Bumstead and former two-time Mr. Olympia Mamdouh ‘Big Ramy’ Elssbiay. Despite his weight exceeding that of a baby elephant, ‘The Beast’ said he wanted to pack on some more meat and then ‘do a trim’ for his first show. And based on his latest chest selfie, he’s getting closer to that big debut.

Hall tagged Bumstead in his post, and the Classic Physique Olympia king gave him some love. He sent him two melon emojis to cheer him on for his bodybuilding dream. Hall, who keeps getting more ripped, has been sharing his progress and even some posing videos before his big day.

UFC Icon Conor McGregor Accused of Rape at NBA Finals, Denies Allegations

UFC Icon Conor McGregor Accused of Rape at NBA Finals, Denies Allegations

UFC superstar Conor McGregor is easily the most recognizable name in the sport of mixed martial arts. Besides his immense popularity, the Irish fighter has amassed a fortune from competing inside the octagon. According to TMZ Sports, McGregor got accused of rape while in attendance for Game 4 of the NBA finals this past Friday.
Former UFC two-division champion Conor McGregor is one of the first true superstars out of MMA to break into the mainstream. He kicked off his professional career on the regional circuit in Ireland and quickly found success with his insane athletic abilities and charismatic personality under the Cage Warriors banner, where he won the featherweight and lightweight championships.
McGregor joined the UFC, the most elite MMA promotion in the world, as only the second Irish fighter in 2013. He impressed in his debut by scoring a first-round knockout of Marcus Brimage. After racking up more wins, McGregor got the opportunity to face legendary fighter Jose Aldo for the featherweight title in Dec. 2015. He made history by setting the record for the fastest knockout in a UFC title fight at 13 seconds to win the 145-pound gold.
‘The Notorious’ took on Eddie Alvarez for a shot at the lightweight championship whilst holding the featherweight belt in Nov. 2016. McGregor put on a masterclass and handily dispatched Alvarez with a stellar combination to become UFC’s first-ever ‘champ-champ,’ holding belts in two different weight classes simultaneously.

Following his win over Alvarez, Conor McGregor’s career took a different direction as he focused on other things beyond MMA, including a crossover boxing match with legend Floyd Mayweather Jr. In Feb. 2019, a single mother from the UK alleged McGregor was the father of her daughter and requested him to take a DNA test. He refuted the claims and the matter fizzled out.
McGregor found himself in trouble again a month later when he got accused of sexual assault in Ireland. His team vehemently denied the allegations but his bitter rival Khabib Nurmagomedov did not miss the chance to hurl insults at him. He faced similar accusations again months later and another time when he made his comeback against Dustin Poirier during the fight week of UFC 257 in Jan. 2021. In the end, he walked away freely without any legal repercussions.
UFC icon Conor McGregor accused of rape at NBA Finals
TMZ Sports reported Conor McGregor got accused of raping a woman at Game 4 of the NBA Finals on Jun. 9.
The alleged incident took place following Denver Nuggets’ win over Miami Heat at the Kaseya Center in Florida. McGregor was in attendance at the event and even performed a skit with the Heat mascot to entertain the fans.
As per letters written by attorney Ariel Mitchell, the woman claimed McGregor sexually assaulted her inside a men’s bathroom after NBA and Heat security helped take the woman away from her friends and forced her into the bathroom.
In the letters, Mitchell says “security refused to let [the woman] exit or allow anyone else, including her friend, inside the bathroom.” McGregor allegedly “shoved his tongue in the victim’s mouth and aggressively kissed her” before trying to sodomize her. The woman managed to escape after elbowing McGregor multiple times and reported the incident to local authorities on Sunday.
The woman seeks settlements with the NBA, the Heat, and McGregor in lieu of litigation. McGregor’s representatives denied the allegations.
“Allegations are false,” said McGregor’s reps in a statement. “Mr. McGregor will not be intimidated.”
“UFC will allow the legal process to play out before making any additional statements,” addressed the UFC.
Conor McGregor has been on the sidelines in recovery for a horrific leg break injury he picked up in his last bout. He appears to have recovered well and packed on the pounds while away from competition. In Dec. 2021, he showed off his massive build in a physique update claiming he weighed 190 pounds.
McGregor ignited a rivalry with internet sensation Liver King after getting challenged to a liver-eating contest last October. Given the change in his physique, he compared himself to a combination of legendary bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Lee. There has been speculation about whether he used steroids or Photoshop based on a workout update he gave last November.
McGregor is scheduled to take on Michael Chandler in his return to action following their tenure as coaches on the latest season of The Ultimate Fighter. Although the bout was targeted for later this year, it’s unclear if it would proceed as planned or if he would delay his return to next year.

Joey Swoll on Filming at Gyms: ‘Just Because You’re Comfortable Doesn’t Mean Other People Are’

Joey Swoll on Filming at Gyms: ‘Just Because You’re Comfortable Doesn’t Mean Other People Are’

Gym etiquette is one of Joey Swoll’s top priorities, especially with the rise of social media platforms. In a recent TikTok video, Swoll called out a female user for recording a man without consent in between sets during a workout.
Swoll has become a prominent fitness influencer by standing up for those who are forced to deal with “toxic gym culture.” This term refers to various forms of harassment, intimidation, and judgment that some people encounter at the gym.
One example of this behavior was captured by the TikTok account “xitlahly” in a viral video. The clip showed a man resting between his sets on a machine. A woman approached the adjacent machine and began to use it while recording. The man glanced at her briefly and then shook his head in disapproval before continuing his training session.

Whether it’s disrespect or someone refusing to share gym equipment, Swoll hopes to make gyms more inviting environments for everyone. His movement has spread and even reached bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger, who praised him for his positive efforts in fitness.
“I Understand Why This Man Is So Frustrated,” Joey Swoll Reacts to Female TikToker Recording in Gym
While fitness centers are for the public, Joey Swoll believes everyone deserves the right to feel comfortable when they train. Sometimes, that means not being recorded in the gym without consent.
“This is why so many want filming banned in gyms. If you can’t film with respect for others, you shouldn’t film at all.”
“I understand why this man is so frustrated and shaking his head. Your camera is pointed directly at him where you’re filming more of him than you are of yourself in your video. That would upset anybody. Not to mention, with all of these cameras and tripods popping up in gyms all over the place, people are getting frustrated because they just want to go to the gym to work out,” Joey Swoll said.
“You have to understand, just because you feel comfortable to film yourself at the gym doesn’t mean other people feel the same and this keeps a lot of people from going to the gym. Your wanting to film never takes priority over someone feeling comfortable enough to go work out in the gym and better themselves and a lot of people on your page told you this.”

In Swoll’s opinion, filming in the gym should be done responsibly and with respect to others.
“If you’re going to film, you have to film responsibly and with respect to other people. If you can’t do that, don’t film at all. You need to do better. Mind your own business.”
This isn’t the first time Swoll has come to the defense of a gym-goer on TikTok. Earlier this year, he took a shot at a Female user who called a man ‘fuc**ng feral’ for looking at her inside the gym. Swoll, taken aback by her actions, made an example out of her by underlining the difference between glancing and staring.
Even bodybuilders have become subject to toxic gym culture. NPC athlete Charly Young made light of his concerning situation last Sept. when a man cursed at him repeatedly for simply posing with his shirt off inside the gym. Swoll praised Young for his maturity and condemned the aggressive man’s behavior.

Joey Swoll has ambitious plans, and his movement to correct gym etiquette has grown. As for his latest subject, Swoll believes in filming others with respect, or just not at all.

Andrew Tate Shares Meal Plan to Get His Physique: ‘1 Meal, 15 Cups of Coffee, 2-3 Cigars A Day & No Steroids’

Andrew Tate Shares Meal Plan to Get His Physique: ‘1 Meal, 15 Cups of Coffee, 2-3 Cigars A Day & No Steroids’

Social media sensation Andrew Tate skyrocketed in popularity for his outspoken personality and views over the last two years. The former kickboxing world champion moved on from professional competition years ago but maintains a high level of personal fitness. In a recent interview on PBD Podcast, Tate shared his meal plans and denied ever taking steroids in his life.
British-American Andrew Tate first rose to prominence for his athletic abilities inside the ring as a professional kickboxer. He made a name for himself on the regional circuit in Britain before securing the British ISKA Full Contact Cruiserweight Championship, his first championship, in 2009. After narrowly missing out on the ISKA world title, he exacted revenge against Jean-Luc Benoit to win gold in a rematch in 2011. He won his second ISKA world title in another weight class two years later.
Tate boosted his popularity after joining the British reality show Big Brother in 2016. His straightforward views on pop culture turned him into a controversial figure. He later got removed from the show after a video of him allegedly hitting a woman with a belt went viral although the woman admitted the actions were consensual.
Andrew came under fire for his views on sexual harassment and assault and mental health problems. His masculine approach and promotion of traditional gender roles got him labeled a ‘misogynist.’ Although he’s been de-platformed and banned from social media a number of times, Tate became the most Googled person on the planet in mid-2022, ahead of the likes of Donald Trump, Kim Kardashian, and COVID-19.

Tate expanded his presence to the world of combat sports and entertainment with his collaborations with UFC superstars such as Sean O’Malley. He traded verbal jabs with internet sensation turned boxer Jake Paul with the possibility of a potential bout on the line.
In Aug. 2022, Andrew Tate fired shots at bodybuilders for not being a fighter and called them “p***y cowards.” He claimed bodybuilders only follow the sports because they’re unable to fight and want to look tougher with loads of muscle mass. He further bashed the sport for being ‘gay.’ Fitness influencer and IFBB Pro Greg Doucette pushed back on his criticism and urged him not to put down the athletes using stereotypes.
Given the incredibly shredded physique Tate boasts, there has been speculation about whether he used steroids or is on TRT (testosterone replacement therapy). He looked even more jacked after getting out of prison on house arrest earlier this year. Tate vehemently denied allegations of taking gear in any form and expressed his willingness to take any test to prove he’s natty two months ago.

Tate believes in intermittent fasting and eats only once a day with most of his calories coming from meat. He consumes up to 15 cups of coffee and smokes two to three cigars a day. He also denied ever taking steroids of any kind in his life.
“Nicotine and caffeine are what I run on,” said Tate. “I have about 10-15 cups of coffee a day and two or three cigars a day and I only eat once a day. It’s funny because people look at my physique when I put pictures up and they’re like, what’s your meal plan. I’m like bro, cigars and coffee. I eat once a day. I eat dinner, only dinner. [Intermittent fasting] every day. 80 to 90 percent of my calories are meat.
“I’ll just have three streaks for dinner. I’m not sure if it’s genetics but that’s just how I feel best. If I smoke and drink coffee all the time I feel hungry which motivates me and I feel energetic, it’s energetic hunger, that’s how I like to feel. I want to be hungry. If I eat, I’m tired.”
Despite being a heavy cigar smoker, Tate doesn’t have any lung damage. He credited it to his lifestyle of training regularly.
“I have zero smoking damage on my lungs, zero. I was like, ‘zero?’ I’ll accept a little bit but I think it’s because I train every single day. I work out and train hard every single day. I think you burn it off. A couple cigars here and there are not a big deal.”
Andrew Tate revealed his testosterone levels are higher than the normal range.
“I had a blood test when I was in hospital for all these things and my testosterone level, I’m not going to pretend to be an expert on male hormones because I’m not, I don’t understand them or what measurement it’s in, but it’s between 9 and 27 is the testosterone level the mark can be between 9 and 27 the normal range. I’ve never taken a steroid in my life, don’t inject anything, don’t take any pills, nothing, and I was 32.
“I was above the normal scale and I’m 36 years old, supposed to be going down so whatever I’m doing I’m sticking to it.”
He followed his usual diet while in jail.
“I spent my commissary money on coffee and cigarettes and one meal a day, the same.”
Tate believes everyone has different dietary requirements and explained why he eats the way he does.
“I think there’s no perfect diet for everybody, it’s slightly different. You are what you eat to a degree and also depends on the mental model you want to operate under. If I wanted to operate under comfort, I wouldn’t eat the way I eat. I do it because I want to operate under a degree of irritability and high energy and hunger. I like feeling hungry. I don’t like being full.”
PEDs (performance-enhancing drugs) expert Derek of More Plates More Dates weighed in with his analysis of Tate’s ‘natty or not’ status last month. Derek believes Tate is a natty as he has not seen anything that would indicate hormone use.
Andrew Tate is currently under investigation by Romania’s DIICOT (Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism). Initially, he was being investigated for human trafficking but DIICOT adjusted the charges to “human trafficking in continued form” on Jun. 13. The case is expected to go to trial by the end of the month.
