The Rock Shares Brutal Bicep-Burning Finisher for Muscle Growth

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has one of the best builds of any actor. The former pro wrestling star prides himself on being the hardest worker in the room and never fails to get a workout in despite his busy schedule. In a recent post made on Instagram, The Rock shared a brutal bicep finisher workout routine for muscle growth.
The Rock first made headlines for his incredible athletic talents and gigantic stature in the WWF/WWE in the late 1990s. He instantly became a fan favorite for his refined trash-talking and charismatic personality. Being one of the biggest pro wrestling stars, Johnson got the opportunity to act in the 2001 adventure film The Mummy Returns. He chose to step away from the wrestling ring in favor of a full-time move to Hollywood.
Johnson is renowned for rewarding himself with extravagant cheat meals after following a strict diet and training regimen. Fitness influencer Will Tennyson tested out some of Johnson’s most epic cheat meals for a month. He reported strength gains and overall positive results after the diet.
The Rock has faced many allegations of steroid use based on his shredded physique. UFC color commentator Joe Rogan urged Johnson to come clean about his suspected steroid use after internet sensation Liver King got exposed for lying about taking gear.
Johnson regularly motivates his massive following of 380 million on the photo-sharing platform with workout updates, often shot at his own gym aptly named Iron Paradise. He offered a muscle-building workout to build legs with a tough squat variation earlier this year. Then, he provided a grueling chest and back training routine designed to optimize the pump using supersets.

The 51-year-old always finds the time to train no matter what time it is. He gave fans a look into a brutal lat night back workout last month. He encouraged focusing on stretching the muscle group properly and feeling the burn while performing the reps,
Johnson laid out a challenging chest and back workout weeks ago. He highlighted the benefits of controlling each rep and being mindful about minimizing the chances of injury. Two weeks ago, Johnson detailed an abs workout he used to increase his strength and build muscle after suffering an abdomen injury.

Jesse James West Pranks Eddie Hall With 675-lb Deadlift Using Fake Weights

Jesse James West Pranks Eddie Hall With 675-lb Deadlift Using Fake Weights

English Strongman icon Eddie Hall first made a name for himself with his crazy feats of strength in competition. Although he stepped away from competing years ago, he continued to expand his footprint in the fitness world. In a recent video uploaded on YouTube, Jesse James West pranked Hall by recording some massive lifts using fake weights.
Eddie Hall kicked off his professional Strongman career in 2010 with a dominant win at England’s Strongest Man contest. He worked his way up the ranks and qualified for the World’s Strongest Man competition for the first time in 2012. He was at the height of his powers for the 2016/17 season when he set a new World Record on the deadlift of 500-kg (1,102-lb) and secured the coveted WSM title.
Hall took on fellow Strongman legend Hafthor Bjornsson inside the boxing ring in a bout billed ‘The Heaviest Boxing Match in History’ in March 2022. He dropped weight preparing for the contest and presented a leaner look. However, he failed to get the nod on the judges’ scorecards.
Earlier this year, Eddie Hall took inspiration from former two-time Mr. Olympia Mamdouh ‘Big Ramy’ Elssbiay and reigning four-time Classic Physique champion Chris Bumstead’s performances at the 2022 Mr. Olympia and announced his switch to competitive bodybuilding. He plans to make his debut in late 2024 at a weight of around 320 pounds (145.1-kg).
Eddie Hall teamed up with IFBB Pro bodybuilder Jamie Christian-Johal for an intense back workout to get ready for the move four months ago. The duo collaborated again for a laborious chest training session weeks later. Then, Hall performed a brutal back workout to improve his physique.
The 35-year-old opened up on the challenges of competing at the highest level in Strongman three months ago. He revealed he’d consume about 15,000 calories a day and even wolfed down 20,000 calories in a single day once. He stressed the importance of proper recovery for optimal performance.

Eddie Hall joined forces with legendary bodybuilder Jay Cutler for a grueling upper body workout two months ago. The four-time Mr. Olympia praised Hall’s work ethic after mentoring him through the session. Hall later partnered with powerlifting sensation Larry Wheels, who’s preparing for his Classic Physique debut; they took part in a taxing shoulder workout.
Internet sensation Jesse James West amassed a huge following on social media with his entertaining content centered around fitness. Besides playing pranks, he tries out different workout plans, gyms, and diets. He put the nine tenets of ancestral living to the test by trying to live like Liver King for over two days under the guidance of the man himself last August.
Jesse James West Pranks Eddie Hall with Fake Weights
In a recent YouTube video, Eddie Hall got tricked by Jesse James West into believing the latter recorded some insane lifts when he was actually using fake weights.

Jesse started with Squats using weights as follows:
1. Fake Weight: 0 lbs, real weight: 45lbs2. Fake Weight: 0 lbs, real weight: 135lbs3. Fake Weight: 0 lbs, real weight: 225lbs4. Fake Weight: 0 lbs, real weight: 315lbs5. Bench Press using weights as follows:
1. Fake Weight: 0 lbs, real weight: 135lbs2. Fake Weight: 0 lbs, real weight: 225lbs3. Fake Weight: 315 lbs, real weight: 225lbs (Prank begins)4. Fake Weight: 365 lbs, real weight: 275lbs5. Fake Weight: 405 lbs, real weight: 225lbs
Deadlift using weights as follows:

Fake Weight: 495 lbs, real weight: 315lbs6. Fake Weight: 585 lbs, real weight: 405lbs7. Fake Weight: 675 lbs, real weight: 405lbs
West played a similar prank on bodybuilding legend Ronnie Coleman earlier this year. He misled the eight-time Mr. Olympia into thinking he lifted 700 pounds on the squat before revealing he used fake weights for the stunt. He also collaborated with top strongman contenders Luke and Tom Stoltman for a Strongman-style training session three months ago.
Although Hall was aware of the possibility fake weights could be involved, West’s acting skills convinced him otherwise.

Bodybuilder and actor Martyn Ford boasts one of the best builds of any celebrity in the entertainment world. Although he grew up playing different sports, it was bodybuilding where he found his passion. In a recent post made on Instagram, Ford showed off his monstrous physique while crushing several workouts.
Martyn Ford first made headlines for his gigantic build online a few years ago. He displayed impressive athletic talents with an insane work ethic that found him opportunities in a range of fields related to entertainment. His mythical stature garnered attention in the world of fitness and acting. He was lined up to face fellow internet sensation Sajad Gharibi, popularly known as The Iranian Hulk, in a boxing match last year.
Ford issued a warning to Gharibi while giving fans a look into his footwork training ahead of the anticipated showdown in Mar. 2022. Standing at 6’8”, the 320-pound Brit towered over Gharibi when the two collided with each other in the face-offs. Ford shoved his opponent with ease, resulting in the Iranian lifter’s family disowning him a month later.
In Apr. 2022, the boxing match got scrapped. Ford pinned the blame on Gharibi for the bout falling through. He explained health concerns and misrepresentation surrounding Gharibi as the reason for the investors pulling the plug on the fight.

Ford revealed he shed about 58 pounds in preparation for the canceled boxing match. Although he couldn’t test out his boxing chops, he reports feeling healthier than ever. He offered a freakishly jacked physique update following a boxing training session. In May 2022, Ford opened up on his worries about Gharibi potentially committing suicide if he lost in the contest. He made his way to Gharibi in Dubai to bury the hatchet but realized a positive outcome may not be in the cards.
Martyn Ford was eyeing a move to mixed martial arts competition under the KSW banner a year ago. He left the fans stunned by gaining 6 pounds in only an hour of weight training. Then, he dropped a big physique update while getting ready for his combat sports debut.

The Rock Shares Effective High-Volume Chest & Back Workout

The Rock Shares Effective High-Volume Chest & Back Workout

Multi-talented entertainer Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is known for his insane work ethic and being the hardest worker in the room. Although he maintains a packed schedule, he never shorts himself of a gym visit. In a recent Instagram post, Johnson shared an effective high-volume workout routine targeting the chest and back.
The Rock first rose to prominence for his athletic abilities as a professional wrestler under the WWF/WWE banner. He emerged as one of the most successful acts of the infamous Attitude Era alongside fellow standouts like Stone Cold Steve Austin. His charismatic personality combined with a fan-favorite gimmick helped elevate his popularity, which eventually led to his venture into Hollywood.
The Rock has taken part in several blockbuster hits in the movie industry, including The Scorpion King (2002), Hercules (2014), and more. Besides his work, Johnson boasts a monstrous build and frequently gives insight into his training, often done at his own gym called Iron Paradise.
In Nov. 2022, The Rock laid out a heavy lower body workout meant to be used as a finisher toward the end of a leg day training session. As popular as Johnson is for his intense workouts, he’s also renowned for his decadent cheat meals. Fitness influencer Will Tennyson tried some of his most epic cheat meals for five weeks and was left stunned by the results.

Johnson has been accused of steroid use. While he denied using gear, some are not fully convinced. After the exposé of Liver King, UFC color commentator Joe Rogan called on Johnson to admit his alleged use of steroids. Fitness sensation Bradley Martyn supported Johnson for avoiding the topic altogether instead of vehemently denying it like Liver King.
Earlier this year, The Rock provided a tough squat variation to build muscle in the legs. He performed four massive sets of the exercise in a late-night workout session. He laid out a challenging upper body workout to maximize chest and back pumps weeks later. Then, he offered a grueling superset for leg day training and a brutal back workout routine for calorie burning.

Rocky Star Dolph Lundgren Discloses 8-Year Cancer Battle: Suspects Steroids Are to Blame

Rocky Star Dolph Lundgren Discloses 8-Year Cancer Battle: Suspects Steroids Are to Blame

Swedish actor, filmmaker and martial artist Dolph Lundgren is well known across the world for his roles in action movies of the 1980s and 1990s era. With a dashing personality that best suited a Viking, Lundgren fit in the idea of an action star really well at the time. In a shocking revelation, the 65-year-old actor has stated that he has been fighting with cancer for eight years now.
Lundgren visited the In Depth With Graham Bensinger show recently. During the conversation, The Rocky IV star said he was diagnosed with cancer in 2015. He continues to fight with it and has undergone several treatments to keep it in check.
“They found a tumor. They didn’t know what it was – just a tumor in my kidney.  And they took it out here in LA in 2015 but then they did a biopsy and it was cancerous,” Lundgren said.
The next few years were the toughest of Dolph Lundgren’s life as he had to deal with cancer and live with the constant fear of losing the most precious gift of life. However, he sought different treatments, fought through the disease and paved the way to near full recovery.

Dolph Lundgren shares a detailed account of his battle with cancer
The Rocky IV actor continued to do the scans every six months to track his health after the initial battle but the cancer had grown back in 2020. He underwent a surgery to remove the tumors. In the video clip recorded a day after the surgery, Lundgren said:
“It’s the day after my surgery. They took out one tumor, then they took out another two they found and another three small ones. Hopefully it’s cleaned out. If it dies, it dies!”
Lundgren never lost hope and kept the fighting spirit alive. The final sentence, ‘if it dies, it dies’, is a famous dialogue from the movie Rocky IV and only shows the Swede’s resolve to keep fighting.

In addition to the tumors in the kidneys, Lundgren had developed a ‘lemon-sized’ tumor in the liver which the doctors said they could not take out.
“If they can’t take it out, that means you have to do systemic therapy. But then I started to get side effects, I got diarrhea and I lost a lot of weight.”
The doctors gave him a maximum two to three years to live but Lundgren sought a second opinion and additional treatment to curb the decline. Under Santa Monica-based oncologist Dr. Alexandra Drakaki’s guidance, Dolph Lundgren went through another round of biopsy. The procedure helped uncover the mutation which allowed him to heal through medication.
“So 2022 is watching these medications do their thing and finally, the thing had shrunk by 90 percent. Now I am in the process of taking out the remaining scar tissue of these tumors,” Lundgren revealed.
He continued:
“The prognosis is that hopefully when they take these out, there’s no cancer activity and the medication I am taking is going to suppress everything else.”

‘Drago’ ponders over the potential causes of cancer
Dolph Lundgren is not sure what led his body to get cancer. He had an on and off relationship with steroids in the 1980s and 1990s depending upon the kind of physique his roles demanded.
“I tried steroids back in the 1980s, 1990s… I don’t know if it has anything to do with cancer. Of course it struck me it could have had something  to do with it.”
Lundgren feels that neglecting health could be one of the reasons why people get cancer. Although he does not blame steroids for causing it, he feels that there could be a correlation between steroid use and cancer.
“Maybe it’s just me but you kind of blame yourself to some degree for it. I think maybe, there is some connection between testosterone therapy, HGH therapy and cancer in some people.”

Lundgren is on his way to full recovery. While nobody should have to deal with the health issue as serious as cancer, every grey cloud has a silver lining. The cancer taught the Rocky IV star to appreciate life more as he said:
“You know, you appreciate life a lot more. You appreciate every day. Every day I can be with people I love. You just appreciate being lucky enough to be alive and appreciate every moment there is.”
‘Drago’s’ secret battle with cancer is nearing its end. Fitness Volt wishes Dolph Lundgren a healthy and happy life.

TikTok Mom Shamed for Wearing Revealing Top to Gym: ‘Your Boobs are Hanging Out’

TikTok Mom Shamed for Wearing Revealing Top to Gym: ‘Your Boobs are Hanging Out’

TikTok has become the new launching pad for those looking to attain fame and popularity. From pranks to positivity, there have been all sorts of content that have found a home on the short-video sharing platform. In a recent video posted on TikTok, Kylen Suttner shared her experience of getting shamed by a fellow gym-goer for allegedly wearing an inappropriate outfit in the gym.
Over the last two years, social media fitness influencers migrated from other platforms to TikTok in droves as the app experienced a major surge in popularity. Internet sensation Liver King is one of the most recognizable names along with bodybuilder Bradley Martyn who used the platform to their advantage.
In Sep. 2022, TikToker Zach Charlesworth of Montreal made headlines after he was at the receiving end of a prank. His friends tricked him into believing they were going swimming but he ended up in a bodybuilding competition without any preparation. Although he didn’t boast a stage-ready physique, he received praise for going against the Men’s Physique contenders at the Montreal Summum Classic.
A TikTok woman went viral for her deceptive nude leggings last October. The user uploaded a video performing squats while donning skin-color leggings that misled viewers into thinking she was not wearing any pants. She later explained her affinity for nude colors to clarify the situation.
Fitness sensation Joey Swoll has been a leading force in pushing back against the rise of toxic gym behavior. He took issue with a female TikToker who taunted a gym-goer for grunting too loudly while lifting heavy weights months ago. He criticized her for making fun of others instead of mocking them and encouraged her to create a safe space for everyone considering she was a trainer.

Earlier this year, Swoll bashed a female TikToker for her poor gym etiquette. The woman refused to share the equipment she was using while performing supersets with another fitness enthusiast. Swoll called on her to improve her behavior and not behave in such a hostile manner. Then, Swoll showed another female TikToker named Jessica Fernandez the error in her ways after she hurled insults at a man for glancing in her direction and offering help at the gym. Fernandez admitted her fault and issued an apology message inspired by Swoll’s callout.
TikTok Mom was shamed for wearing a revealing sports bra to the gym
In a recent TikTok video, user Kylen Suttner shared her experience of being shamed by another gym-goer for the sports bra she wore to the gym. The 21-year-old new mom got accused of wearing inappropriate attire that was too revealing according to the other member.
“Guess it’s time to build a home gym,” she wrote.
“Do you really think you can walk around the gym wearing that? Your boobs are hanging out,” called out another gym-goer.
“Are you kidding me?” Suttner replied.
The other said, “No, we’re in a public place, do you not see everyone around you? No one wants to look at your boobs hanging out.”
“I am fine, thank you,” Suttner said.
The other said, “I don’t think you are. Whatever, put on a shirt next time.”

Suttner was not discouraged by the negative interaction. She added that she usually showed way more skin and refused to back down from wearing what she wants to the gym.
Three months ago, a TikTok bro did rounds on the internet after breaking his nose while posing. The user named Newas Sharif flexed too hard and passed out, crashing right into a mirror and injuring his nose.
A trend of consuming dog food picked up momentum after several TikTokers started eating Pedigree dog food due to the claims of high protein content last month.
Regardless of who was right in the latest TikTok clip, it is yet another example of the negative content that rises to the top on the app.

Liver King Looks Crazy Ripped After Being Natty for 120 Days

Liver King Looks Crazy Ripped After Being Natty for 120 Days

Influencer Liver King, AKA Brian Johnson, became the subject of controversy when he got exposed for lying about steroid use last year. He came clean about misleading his audience and promised to get off gear. In a recent post made on Instagram, Johnson shared a crazy ripped physique update after claiming he’s been off steroids for 120 days.
Liver King first gained attention for his monstrous build and antics online during the pandemic in 2021. He promotes the consumption of raw meat and a natural way of living based on the nine ancestral tenets. His videos of eating raw meat like liver, kidney, brain, and bull testicles went viral on multiple occasions. His unusual diet combined with his intense workouts quickly garnered a massive Instagram following of nearly 2 million and over 4.3 million on TikTok.
There was a ton of speculation about whether Johnson used steroids based on his muscle-bound frame. Johnson repeatedly denied the accusations in several media appearances and credited his health to his ancestral lifestyle. In November 2022, Derek of MPMD (More Plates More Dates) revealed Johnson had been lying about his steroid use. He showed leaked emails exposing Johnson’s steroid cycle and bloodwork. Following the reveal, Liver King admitted he took steroids in an apology video.

UFC color commentator Joe Rogan never bought Johnson’s claims. He went on the offensive against Johnson’s over-the-top gimmick and called on The Rock to come clean about his alleged use as well. Things didn’t seem to end there as Liver King’s former coach ‘Vigorous Steve’ pushed back on the apology. Derek expressed a similar sentiment and said there was more to the story than meets the eye.
Liver King opened up about his motives for lying as well. He claimed he used steroids to help spread the message of ancestral living. Then, he dispelled the rumors that he got ab implants by getting a thorough check from a doctor.
A New Yorker filed a $25 million lawsuit against Johnson and his companies for deceiving people into buying their products. He argued that Johnson knowingly misled his audience and persuaded them to buy products based on a disingenuine social media campaign.
Liver King gave fans a look into his physique after quitting steroids for seven days earlier this year. He appeared to have shrunk down in size and weighed 188 pounds after fasting for 42 hours. Two months ago, he provided another impressive physique update after going 58 days without steroids.

The Rock Shares Abs Workout for Building Strength & Gains

The Rock Shares Abs Workout for Building Strength & Gains

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is one of the most popular names in the entertainment industry. He started out as an athlete before becoming a prolific actor who prides himself on his insane work ethic. In a recent post made on Instagram, Johnson shared a challenging abs workout to build strength and gain muscle.
The Rock grew up playing football with ambitions to make it big in the NFL. After missing the 1995 NFL draft, Johnson decided to follow in the footsteps of his father Rocky, and explore the world of professional wrestling. He joined the infamous WWF/WWE banner in 1996 and quickly established himself as a leading talent with his sharp wit and charismatic personality.
Johnson got signed to make his acting debut in The Mummy Returns (2001). Although he continued wrestling infrequently, Johnson switched to acting full-time following the role. His extraordinary discipline helped him find success in the new venture. He quickly gained over 377 million followers on the photo-sharing platform and racked up several blockbuster films under his belt.
His last appearance came in the DC comic book film adaption of Black Adam in Oct. 2022. Johnson gave fans a look into a brutal legs workout he used to get his quads ready for portraying the superhero one month before the release. Then, he joined forces with NFL standout Aaron Donald of the LA Rams for a tough back workout last October. They started the session by demolishing a taxing superset of one-arm dumbbell row.

The Rock offered a laborious workout finisher routine for leg day training sessions last November. He crushed five monster sets of four exercises that were to be performed without any rest in between. He followed up with another crazy leg workout using squat variations a few weeks later.
The 51-year-old has drawn allegations of steroid use due to his humongous build. UFC color commentator Joe Rogan called on Johnson to admit his alleged gear use after social media fitness influencer Liver King got exposed for lying about using steroids last December. Strongman icon Eddie Hall weighed in on the debate by theorizing Johnson was likely on TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) and argued in his favor.
Two months ago, The Rock provided a challenging upper body workout for maximizing pump. The workout routine targeted chest and back muscles by only using supersets. He continued to motivate his fans with another effective superset routine fit for building muscle on leg day. He gave another intense late-night superset workout session to feel the burn in lats last month.
The Rock shares abs workout for building strength & gains
In a recent Instagram post, The Rock shared a tough abs workout to build core strength and muscle.
“i’m the last dude to give abdominal advice, but after I tore my abdomen wall during a wrestling match (fun pain) I had to really concentrate on ab exercises that strengthened my entire wall and core again ~ over the years I’ve found that a strong core/tight abdomen wall is super beneficial to your gains,” he wrote.

The Rock laid out a brutal chest and back workout last week. He stressed the importance of doing controlled movements and being careful about the range of motion to minimize stress on shoulders.
Given Johnson’s massive influence, his latest offering will certainly encourage fitness enthusiasts to get a stronger midsection.

Sylvester Stallone Cautions Against Working Out ‘Too Hard’ with Bruce Lee Reference: ‘Will Kill You’

Sylvester Stallone Cautions Against Working Out ‘Too Hard’ with Bruce Lee Reference: ‘Will Kill You’

Legendary filmmaker Sylvester Stallone boasted one of the best builds of any actor in Hollywood when he donned the role of boxer Rocky Balboa in the Rocky film franchise. His passion for fitness carried into his later years despite the health challenges. In a recent post made on Instagram, Stallone cautioned others against strenuous movements and working out too hard with a reference to martial arts icon Bruce Lee.
Sylvester Stallone started his career as an actor with side roles in films. It wasn’t until 1976 that he got to play the lead role in the first film of the cult classic Rocky series, which he also wrote the screenplay for. He pulled off an impressive body transformation to bring the boxing star to life. His portrayal received widespread acclaim and boosted his celebrity to new heights.
Besides the sports film franchise, Stallone established himself as one of the premier action heroes of the 1970s and 80s. He delivered several blockbuster projects, including the First Blood and other Rambo films. He developed a competitive rivalry with bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger based on the similarities between the two action stars. In Mar. 2020, Schwarzenegger opened up on the evolution of his relationship with Stallone over the years as the two buried the hatchet and became friends.
Stallone took a trip down memory lane recalling his leanest look on the silver screen of all time in Mar. 2021. Although he presented a ripped package across the board, he revealed he weighed 166 pounds at under 3 percent body fat as his peak for Rocky III.

In Jun. 2021, Sly came under fire after showing off his insane grip and shoulder strength in a clip online. He lifted 45-lb plates in each hand while getting up to his feet from the knees. However, there was speculation about whether he used fake weights to pull off the stunt. Fitness influencer Scott Herman was convinced Stallone used fake weights considering his over-the-top performance and theorized it was a publicity stunt.
The 76-year-old has kept a high level of personal fitness and maintains an impressive physique that even the younger gym-goers would envy. He showed off his gigantic arm muscle development in a post-workout snap in 2021. He also continues to practice his boxing abilities and sent his fans into a frenzy with a heavy bag training session update.

In a recent Instagram post, Sylvester Stallone issued a warning to his fans against pushing themselves too hard in the training room with a reference to Bruce Lee.
Lee is widely credited for bringing martial arts to the forefront and pioneering mixed martial arts with his fighting style called Jeet Kune Do. He was renowned for his superhero-like speed and athletic abilities.
Stallone combined a photo of Lee and himself performing the dragon flag exercise. He believes the movement contributed to his back pain.
“No wonder my back hurts.! When you WORKOUT remember EVERY exercise has long range consequences. Knees, elbows, shoulders, ankles, wrists, neck if you push too hard, these strenuous movements will come back to haunt you. That’s why I’ve always said getting in really great shape Will kill you!

Sylvester Stallone shared an inspiring message on never giving up on your dreams last April. He reflected on his decorated career by revisiting the place where his ambitions began to grow. Then, he delivered another motivational piece on staying strong despite the setbacks and obstacles along the way.
His latest offering might come as an unexpected one but it could help add clarity for those in a similar situation.
