Ideas for small meals...

Hey guys i need some ideas for 2 meals on my breaks at work. I dont have enough time to eat a whole meal. On one of the breaks i have a banana and a shake i want at least a whole meal of food in there since im already having 2 to 3 shakes a day. Need something easy and quick what do you guys do if you have to eat but dont have much time?
 
i froze a bunch of my meatloaf cause i knew i wouldnt be cooking for a while. Nice thick slices 1-2" thick will go from frozen to hot in 6 minutes.
 
Most of my meals are easy to cook and super fast to eat. 5lbs of chicken and some red potatoes in the crockpot and then throw 8-10oz of chicken in with a potato. Eat the potato with the chicken (same bite) and I usually finish the whole container in 3-4 minutes.

I pre cook all my meals, I pack a lunch daily, a very large zipper cooler I use.. I put all my stuff in a tubber ware bowls.. I open the can tuna and dump it in, I cook my own rice ( cheaper ) and same with bake potato's.. veggies and all... Pre make all your meals the night before..also, blend your oats into a fine powder, make a large bowl, and bring it to work with you and just add milk in a shaker cup.. and bammm.... keep it simple;);)

I always TRY to eat and stay on a routine such as this.. I have gave up on eating for pleasure as we all have gave it up... I try to eat as clean as I can, but yet give myself some cheat days...
I'll be starting my bulker in Oct, and will run that for 20 weeks, so I will up some things and drop others as well..

I like to eat two servings of oatmeal and a protien shake (100% pure whey like synthepure or nutrabio) mixed in 5oz of juice TWICE per day. Easy extra 600 calories (roughly)

That more less what I do...I wash first meal down with grapefruit juice (8-10oz)..
Get my sugar leves up there, as well as utilizing the grapefruit juice to increase the absorption of my orals...

Lately I been adding natural peanut butter to my oats and banana/shake.. Get some oil in there.
 
Yeah i pre cook all my meals, Its just chicken and rice etc takes me a little bit to eat. And heating them up then eating will probably take longer then 15 minutes. Im just thinking something quick. I had a shake for one today and just a banana with the other one, and 8 ounces chicken rice and brocolli for lunch. I need another easy source of protein "not a shake" for my morning meal with the banana. I guess i can just scarf a can of tuna that will probably work fine.

To be honest.. drink water with the food that you cant eat, just flush it down, wash it down.. that what I do... if you cant chew it, swollow it!
 
Easiest and cleanest quick meal I know. Azteca low carb tortillas, sargento habanero jack, and tyson southwestern chicken strips precooked. 1 minute and you have 40 grams of protein easy and you can actually use two tortillas and two pieces of cheese and get 2 30 gram meals easy.
