Glad to hear about the progress. 365 on Rows!! Not in 10 years have I done that. As for the wet/dry comment. A lot of gains come from water, hence WET. That weight doesnt mean it's quality. Also, strength is one way to tell if your growing but the best way would be to find your body fat percentage and document that weekly. Obviously with a couple calculations you can derive your total muscle. I have some calculations if you want them. Please dont misunderstand me. I am by no means in your league. You look awesome. I was in the iron game once and would like to go back. I now have two kids, wife with a credit card habit and 7 rental properties not to mention my gig at the hospital. I do know biochemistry and science and I try to apply it to bodybuilding. Forget my rambling, you look terrific. So good in fact that the smallest amount of help tilts the platue for a guy like you.
