Dude. If I may ask. Is this quality weight (dry) or wet weight?? Is you poundages increasing as you would have expected?? Only the actual user know b/c two people doing the same regime do not get the same results. You look great and would love to see more. I just try not to put all my eggs in one basket called ""weight"". Shar more please

I'm not entirely sure what wet or dry is, but I weigh myself at the same time each day and today a buddy (won the masters at the Southern States this year) asked if I was getting leaner or bigger as I look like I'm doing both. I take that as the weight is quality as supported by the strength gains.
As for today's chest and bicep workout... as I've mentioned I ruptured my left pec some 10 years ago. The muscle tore from the tendon and it was irrepairable. Prior to that I was able to do incline DB press with 130's for 12. Since then I simply couldn't do DB preesses. The scar tissue and rupture just didn't allow for it. A few times when I would try I would get up to 70lb DB's before my left just wouldn't balance and press it safely. I've been doing ultrasound and obviously the peptides and everything is feeling great. Today after pre exhausting with cables superset with flat Hammer press I was able to do 90's comfortably for 10. This doesn't sound like much since I can do the 120's on shoulder press for a good number of reps, but it is an exercise I never thought I would do again!! All of my chest movements were up as were my bicep movements.
I also got 365 on BO rows for 12 clean reps w/o a belt. By clean I mean a good angle in the back and no dragging up the leg shit or jerking down to get the weight to the upper stomach. This is a nice increase over my previous best. Pics will be taken at the 30 day mark as well as final weight. I'm loving this shit! My face looks great!

Glad to hear about the progress. 365 on Rows!! Not in 10 years have I done that. As for the wet/dry comment. A lot of gains come from water, hence WET. That weight doesnt mean it's quality. Also, strength is one way to tell if your growing but the best way would be to find your body fat percentage and document that weekly. Obviously with a couple calculations you can derive your total muscle. I have some calculations if you want them. Please dont misunderstand me. I am by no means in your league. You look awesome. I was in the iron game once and would like to go back. I now have two kids, wife with a credit card habit and 7 rental properties not to mention my gig at the hospital. I do know biochemistry and science and I try to apply it to bodybuilding. Forget my rambling, you look terrific. So good in fact that the smallest amount of help tilts the platue for a guy like you. Pm me if I can help. D

Not to hijack the thread, but Rep, you should get back into the iron game if just to stay fit or have a nice body (don't know how old you are). I know I love it being my age, even if I never compete. I certainly don't get a lot of "old man" comments (at least to my face, lol) from the young guys in their early 20s.

Absolutely no offense taken. I really try to go by the mirror b/c I don't have anyone that can reliably use calipers. I also do a lot of pics. I'm definately holding less water in my face and most areas, but my hands are pretty swollen. I also have a BS in Biomedical Science. I appreciate the offer though. I plan on getting bloodwork done next month to see what's going on. A lot of what I'm trying to do with this is help with the damage to my knee and heal some nagging things. I really didn't expect to gain like this.

saudades, thanks. I have starting lifting gain. Going on about 6 months. When I was in my "prime", I was lifting with the Nasser, Dorian, Fux brains. You HAD to be 300lbs+ if you were to be considered big. That meant lefting heavy, heavy, heavy. Needless to say, I was 310lbs and all that heavy "throwing" of weights left me with injuries. Iv'e had one shoulder operated on and the other needs it. My one knee is horrible and a tendonitis that is killing me. I want to get back to about 250lbs (Im 6'4") so that's not a lot of weight. Thanks very much for inquiring. You guys today are smarter and the supplements are better.

I'm not too sure what's going on at this point. Yesterday while getting ready for work I put on the same pants for work as I wore prior to my leg injury. They were snug before, but lately its seemed like they were getting tighter. At the beggining of the week one of the guys from work was joking about my pant seams "screaming for mercy". Well yesterday I get dressed and go to get in my car and "rip" they split right down the middle. Fuck. So I go upstairs and put on another pair, go back to the car, "rip" two pairs!! WTF?? Luckily I had a pair with a 38' waist that I bought several months ago at a killer clearence sale and planned to just have them tailored and see how they came out since I got them for so cheap. The waist is massive, but they have adequate leg room. So today I get on the scale after only 2 meals and at 5pm. 267lbs. I don't seem to be holding water and my face is leaner, but its impossible to gain that much weight that fast. It has to be water. Perhaps I'm holding substantially more intracellular water? My strength gains have continued. After pinning a 35lb weight to the shoulder press machine for a total of 370lbs I got 12 clean reps, then 12 good reps with 75lb dumbells on side laterals! I doubt I'll be able to make the HW class next year, but in order to have any shot I have to get down there. The Super Heavies are just freaks.

I don't know if you ever read DC's stuff but he advocates low dosages mixed with HGH and always has. It's good te hear how well your progessing. I really think DC is on to something with his theory on lower dosages mixed with peps. Seems as though it's done great things for you.

He is very intelligent. I'm doing a slightly modified DC training method now. Its not 100% exact due to the knee, but very close. These gains on these small doses amaze me. This is the heaviest I've ever been and I still feel pretty good. I can definately feel the weight though. What's even more impressive is how my joints and tendons have no discomfort even with these heavy weights.

Really enjoying your log here. I am about to take the dive into peps as well, just have want to ensure I know what I need to know. Keep up the great work man!

If all goes well, I'll get some pics tonight. Haven't weighed myself since last time, but I'm holding a good amount of water. My hands and feet are swollen. My jaw muscles are constantly pumped up. I'm still making good gains, but work has definately screwed up my schedule. I have 4 days in a row that I can train then I have 3 days that I can't, so I'm only able to train 3 days a week. I get this flushing feeling about 5 minutes after the CJC / GHRP applications followed by intense hunger. I heard that these subsided after a few weeks of use, but it hasn't for me. The knee is definately improved, but haven't tried to squat anything worth a shit since the last mishap.

Also forgot to comment on the hypoglycemia. Its happening pretty frequently. It happens 20 min after my morning dose of CJC / GHRP, sometimes right after my pre w/o IGF and always after my post w/o MGF and CJC / GHRP. I've come to expect it so I don't freak out, but it hits HARD.

Dude,

Glad to see you're having such success with pep's too. I've been on ghrp-6/cjc-1295 3x daily for about 3 weeks now with my TRT and I REALLY like them! They really make me hungry too... or hungrier I should say as the test makes me hungry as well. Good thing I'm on a bulk right now, lol!~

My wife can't believe how much food I'm blowing through... it's kind of funny actually. I've noticed similar perks as you mention ie, greater strength, a bad shoulder that seems to be getting much better much quicker, sleeping like a rock and everyone keeps telling me I'm looking much bigger lately.

Really like to see your pics when you post em up!

You can really see the pectus excavatus as my pecs get bigger. For those that don't know its a birth defect that causes one side of the rib cage on either side of the sternum to be concave. I'm hoping to get an implant to correct it in the near future.
