This machine is a beast. Im able to do 45min. straight now, and it is one hell of a workout.

Pretty much the only cardio machine I use... unless they're all being used, in which case the elliptical is second best. I definitely sweat and get out of breath on the stepmill like no other though. I like to walk up backwards, do walking lunges/squats up the stairs, skipping steps, glute kickbacks after each step, etc... I have fun with it... definitely an ass kicker!!

This is a monster cardio session, 45 minutes straight? I'd probably die trying to work up to that lol

Im one of the few at my gym to use this. And I know why....its elfin hard!

toughest workout- step mill
most calories burned- elliptical
most results for me- treadmill 15% incline

Really? I can't do 15% incline on the treadmill unless I hold on tight... I sweat like crazy on the stepmill though. Not so much on treadmill and elliptical, so another reason the stepmill wins for me.

I do that every night... I'll be up to 60 minutes soon, unless I start waking up early and knocking half out in a fasted cardio session.

I wish less people at my gym used them. I hate having to fight for a machine when it's busy. :(

We have 2 in our gym and not too many people use them, but not too many people do cardio, it's more of a hardcore gym. The only time some people do cardio is contest prep, the others that do it on a regular basis use the treadmill
