did some reg weights as I have been, than I went up to 100 pound DB's on incline for a set of 10 (I was doing 4 sets of everything today I was doing 12,10,8,6 but last set decided to do 10 instead)

On sitdown bench (hammerstrength) I did 410 for 5 reps =)
 
Man, me and you are pretty much hand in hand as far as our progress grows. You're obviously lifting more weight, but it seems that we're staying around the same difference in weight. I did chest today and went up to 85# db's for 10. Then immediately went to the seated hammer strength incline and got 3 plates on each side for a solid 5 reps (I tried for 6, but couldn't lock it out). It just seems that you're roughly about 15# heavier on incline presses from week to week. I could've probably gotten 90# db's for 10, but I've never lifted that much on inclines so I didn't want to push it without a spot. I train alone and don't like talking to people in the gym so I rarely ask for a spot

yeah I had a spotter and he but his hands under elbows just incase, so without I wouldnt have tried that high, to bad u dont go to my gym since we r close to the same strengths/ routines, and both on are way back up
