Man, me and you are pretty much hand in hand as far as our progress grows. You're obviously lifting more weight, but it seems that we're staying around the same difference in weight. I did chest today and went up to 85# db's for 10. Then immediately went to the seated hammer strength incline and got 3 plates on each side for a solid 5 reps (I tried for 6, but couldn't lock it out). It just seems that you're roughly about 15# heavier on incline presses from week to week. I could've probably gotten 90# db's for 10, but I've never lifted that much on inclines so I didn't want to push it without a spot. I train alone and
don't like talking to people in the gym so I rarely ask for a spot
