I've had multiple strains and pulls and one rupture. You have to baby it and train lightly around it after at least 2 weeks of rest. IGF (MC is the only one worth a shit in my experience) and an ultrasound machine can greatly improve recovery time. Massage also helps tremendously. I got my ultrasound machine from LG medsupply.
