im fat again.
Ended up going on a cycle prop/tren/var for 4 months. For some reason i had a major problem with blood pressure and hypoglycemia. i couldnt do any cardio during my cycle. 4 months later, im back up to 250lbs and my stomach is back to 42".
So im planning on cleaning up my diet again, started cardio up last week. I cant even run right now. I have major pain in my joints, plus, the muscle fatigue in my legs. I bought a heart rate monitor, so i can do things like stair master and make sure im hitting 135 bpm. I went for a 2 hour hike yesterday.... It f-ed me up, joints, muscles everything, so i didnt even go out on a Saturday night, but i really want to get back to where i was last summer.... I cant even run for 15 minutes right now.
anyways, do you guys think i should start a new log here... or start a new one???? im planning on running t3, igf, clomid, and im just finishing up on some proviron.
