Hello everybody,

I am planning a cycle for mid august.
I have been off for abt 5 months now and have decided to do another cycle.
I have done 2 cycles + 2 PH/DS cycles till now.

My stats
Age:27
Height:5.11
Weight:200 lbs
Bf%: 19%
Vegetarian not vegan.

Sustanon 250 - 500mg per week, weeks 1-10
Deca durabolan - 400mg per week, weeks 1-10
Dianabol - 35mg per day, weeks 1-4
Winstrol 30mg/ed, weeks 5-10


I have been doing a bit of research on winny and read that it is extremely liver toxic even for oral standards.

I will be adding the regular stuff like multivit, fish oil, Liv52 and Milkthistle.

Comments and critics on the cycle welcome.

Everything looks good but if u have a standard sustanon then you will have to take it eod or ed, twice a week will leave you with spikes in ur levels, as the 2 long esthers wont kick in for a few weeks and the two short esthers need to be taken ed or eod, for the first few weeks of the sust you just getting the short esthers so it would be like taking prop just twice a week, not going to work well.

I don't like "cycles" to begin with, but my more immediate concern would be your BF% and your diet. Post up your diet and I can give you an idea of what I would do in your shoes. Personally I think that is way too much for your stats. To start I'd probably do a 200mg test a week and 200mg Deca a week cycle and get your bodyfat down and your diet in check.

honeslty bro, I gotta agree with the dude. Do you have pics you could post, I personally believe if you can keep your bodyfat down to around 10-12% (12% max) then your gains will be better, and you will see your growth alot more. AAS just seems to work better under leaner conditions. I have found this out this year, as my gains are way better this year. I would do this first...

Spot on advice from the man. Exactly what I would do. I don't know the difference between vegetarian and vegan, but we need to see your diet too. AAS and training are only the trigger. Food builds muscle.

yes when the long esters kick in then ur fine and yes it would work fine, but ur suppose to feel it right away and gain right away , and no it doesnt work great the first 4 weeks at one shot a week, not in the past, presnt nor future will it. Thats like telling me your taking test cyp or tate and its working great the first few weeks. Its just how it is so becareful giving advice about it working great once a week, understand how it works and how sust is suppose to work, its suppose to hit you right away and once a week it will not or will about as good as taking prop once a week, then theirs the whole hormaone levels spiking and that why idiots who take it once a week break out and have mood swings

and if it was meant to be taken once a week then they wouldnt have put two short esthers in it

and sorry if i came off as a dick brutha, i just know we have loads of newbies here and if they hear it works great once a week, especialy by a site rep then chances are they might do it this way, and its just not optimal

even i felt 900 mgs of injectables a bit high. the last cycle i did was that of D-bol and test E at 750 mgs per week.

My diet plan for the cycle:

Early morning no carb cardio for 30 mins.

Breakfast of rice cakes + sweet potatoes + 3 scoops of protein + 2 scoops of oats.

Mid morning snack: 1 cup of yogurt

Lunch: Rice, yoghurt + vegetables + totillas

Around 4pm: 12 egg whites + milk + 2 tbls of honey

Gym around 6 - 6.30

Post workput meal: Fruit juices + sweet potatoes + rice + vegetables + yoghurt

Before bed: 4 scoops of protein + BCAAs

i have never tried clen before. Is it a fat burner?
 
i plan to do a 10 week cycle, becos if its more than that i loose motivation. so i plan out for 10weeks and 3 - 4 weeks PCT.

Do u suggest that i drop winny? and D - bol bloats me up like a bitch and i get teased around as the "Mass in the Face Guy". so i am keeping it at 35 mg.

Vegetarians don't eat meat. Vegans don't eat anything that comes from an animal...meat, eggs, milk, etc..

You need alot more protein. Don't shy from whole eggs and a ton more egg whites. Add skim milk. Shoot for 300g including a high quality whey protein and I would supplement with BCAA's in between. You are eating WAY too many carbs. Keep it at 250g a day max. You need to lose BF. Also you should use a long ester test for once a week shots. Sustanon is a blend and with once a week shots you will have very unsteady blood levels leading to mood swings and acne. I don't think 10 weeks of Deca is enough. I would do at least 15 weeks. Don't worry about dosages or what you've done in the past. I've done 3g of test a week in the past. This offseason I'll do about 500mg of test and 500mg of Deca. I weigh around 260lbs normally and plan to be a much leaner 260lbs this offseason. I competed last weekend as a light heavyweight at 198lbs and 5 days later I'm 225lbs. Food is number one.
I don't mean to be a dick but if you "lose motivation after 10 weeks" steroids are not for you.
 
hey iron fist, you need to listen to these guys, that was my whole mistake when i first began Bodybuilding, i juiced hard with no guidence and ended up just getting even fatter.....no choke it was horrible, until i met one awsome dude to show me the ropes, and he gave me the same advice these guys are giving you. train hard brotha, and eat good, thats the key to health and fitness.
 
With no beef, no chicken, no fish, i would have been stuck at 160 all my life. Steroids have helped me make phenomenal gains in size and weight. Am I making the kind of gains as some of the Pro level or semi pro guys on this forum - A big NO. But it has changed my physique and improved my confidence by ten fold. I totally knew the risks when I decided to get into gear, but after seeing my chain smoking, 3 times a week drinking, McDonalds hogging buddies, i felt it was okk to take the risk with gear. and these fucks have the audacity to tell fitness and bodybuilding is for gays and that girls will detest a guy like me.

But I have to agree that there is some strong advice here and after some hesitation and thought i have decided to put off this cycle till i get my BF% down. I have increased my cardio to 40 mins 4-5 times a week and have also started hitting the swimming pool on sat with a friend. There is a big relative's wedding coming up in Nov and i want to look good.So i have decided to get a little ripped for now and then maybe get back on gear on Jan - Feb 2012. Will bug u all then...
