look way ahead of schedule that Palumbo diet works well on you, should do real well, way bigger than the 2009 npics,
actully im doing something a tad different from palumbo diet. its kinda pulumbo but with some carbs...diet is like this
meal 1 - 2 scp. whey pro blend, 1-2 packets flavored oatmeal (depending on training or non training day)
meal 2 - 8oz. lean ground beef, or sirlon steak, 1 cup white rice or 1/2 cup white rice (depending on training or non training day)
meal 3 - same as meal 2
meal 4 - 12oz. Talipia (grilled), 1/2 to 1 cup white rice, or 1 medium poatotoe (carbs sizes depend on training or non training day)
meal 5 - 2 scp. Casein, with 2 tbsp natural penut butter
meal 6- (only eat if im up late) - 5 whole eggs
(on training days, 2 scp. hydro whey post workout, then go home eat meal #4)
this is kinda where im at on diet right now. some carbs, some fats, moderate protein. Its just something im working on...and im sure it will change as it gets closer to the show...
If i feel flat or weak, or just whatever. I might add in the higher amount of carbs, even on an off day. Just to fill out, and get some glycogen in me.
I have been doing about 25 mins of cardio per day. But today I did double sessions, just to see how I would feel. Its a day to day thing...
