You're going to look amazing at this because at 10 weeks out you already look great...That time in between shows and keeping lean has done wonders for you

actully im doing something a tad different from palumbo diet. its kinda pulumbo but with some carbs...diet is like this

meal 1 - 2 scp. whey pro blend, 1-2 packets flavored oatmeal (depending on training or non training day)

meal 2 - 8oz. lean ground beef, or sirlon steak, 1 cup white rice or 1/2 cup white rice (depending on training or non training day)

meal 3 - same as meal 2

meal 4 - 12oz. Talipia (grilled), 1/2 to 1 cup white rice, or 1 medium poatotoe (carbs sizes depend on training or non training day)

meal 5 - 2 scp. Casein, with 2 tbsp natural penut butter

meal 6- (only eat if im up late) - 5 whole eggs

(on training days, 2 scp. hydro whey post workout, then go home eat meal #4)

this is kinda where im at on diet right now. some carbs, some fats, moderate protein. Its just something im working on...and im sure it will change as it gets closer to the show...

If i feel flat or weak, or just whatever. I might add in the higher amount of carbs, even on an off day. Just to fill out, and get some glycogen in me.

I have been doing about 25 mins of cardio per day. But today I did double sessions, just to see how I would feel. Its a day to day thing...

Any new pics brutha? I know its just been a week, but was just curious, as your diealed in pretty good and would assume a week more would show some nice improvements!

actully I forgot my camera this weekend. So I dont have anything yet. Im sure to have some 8 week out pics. I dropped to around 238lbs this weekend. Sunday, I felt pretty sick, dont know what it was. Im better today. So im pretty flat today, as I didnt eat on schedule yesterday. Today though im good again.

its going around this time of year brutha, i know my wife was sick and then me this past week, so take it easy brutha, and get well
