Here you go guys, Zeus 7 week out pics. He is around 195lbs, im thinking a solid 15lbs to go to be totally ripped. Im really, happy with his progress. I think he is going to do really well.

The next couple weeks, im going to lower his carbs to really try to get that hard fat off of him. (lower back, lower abs, hams/glutes) I have held back a bit, just because he has building muscle while losing fat. So the next 2-3 weeks will be rough for him. But, im confident that he will be able to handle it like a champion.

pics look pretty good. I swear my abbs looked better about 3 days ago but oh well. I got 7 weeks to get wear I need to be, and I'm gonna push myself to the next startn this week. All in all, I'm happy with where im at right now. should peak out at the perfect time.....
 
Hey Zeus, I woundnt worry about your abs or anything. Your on track to do some damage. Your getting leaner each week, so im not worried at all. Plus, you have put on some serious muscle the past 6-7 weeks.

Thanx bro. I actualy think all the pics look pretty good. Can def tell that I'm alot leaner. My hams and back are coming nicely.

Hey bro, sent ya a PM over to FB of your diet. Kept the menu the same, but changed up the roation of days ...example is this

day 1 - low carbs (morning, and post workout carbs)
day 2/3 - medium carbs (morning, pre and post workout carbs)
day 4 - high carbs (5 meals of complex carbs)

the big thing now, is getting stricter with the diet. foods are going to be more bland, and get old tasting now. Ms Dash is a life saver for me, and low sugar ketcup, and BBQ sause (walden farms) these items are all very low sugar/carbs.

we will prob, run this diet for 1-2 weeks (at the most) then at 5 weeks out. Change it up again, to really dial you in. I want you to be totally ready at 2 weeks out.

Got it. between the Mrs. dash, hot sauce, and all the other low carb/sugar stuff, I'll be fine. Not 1 bit worried. I know it's time to step up if I want to do well at this show. I think I've made great progress considering this is my first pre-contest diet.

Thanx Nuk. I know I got to really get my shit together. Honestly, I'm happy with my progress. Like I said, this is the first time I have ever done a pre-contest diet. Believe me, I know I got alot more work to do to be totally ripped. This dieting shit is fckn hard as hell, but I think I've handled it pretty well.
 
Bro you are right on track at 7 weeks out, you'll be good to go come show time. You have a nice separation in the hams already so once the fat trims off there you'll look great down there, you will go great

Your also looking good bro! I almost missed these pictures! And I have to say your looking realy good for bieng 7 weeks out and have plenty of time to rip up!!!

Any new pics coming soon as im sure we'll be able to see improvements every week from here on out.

I seen Zeus at the gym the other day and he looked good.. He is going to trun some heads at this show.. Can't wait to go see this !!!:gold:
 
Well, everything is goin very well. I'm really startn to lean out big time. Everything is lookn right on track. Prob post some pics this week. I have a good feeling that I'm gonna do extremely well at this show....
