My breakfast is almost always, 1 cup oragnic oats, 1 cup blueberries, 1tsp ginger extract (5% standardized gingerols), 2 scoops WPI, 1 raw egg, 1tbps raw honey and 2 cups raw milk. Blend and enjoy. Declicious, nutrient dense, easy and filling. Sometimes I'll add in some organic cacao nibs and/or organic goji berries to change it up a little.
