My old training partner from like 5 years ago came in the gym on Saturday while I was training and I hadn't seen him in at least 2-3 years. He walks in with a gallon of water and a half gallon of chocolate milk. Back when we trained together in 06 he was 275 and a powerlifter, now he's into strongman stuff as he was never hitting the numbers he should in powerlifting. I don't know what his weight is now, but I'd say he's pretty close to what he was then, but with a different body build now. Anyway, he swears that he feels better when he drinks chocolate milk while he trains now. This is the first time I've ever seen someone drink it while training. Has anyone ever heard of this or better yet seen someone else do it?
