Wends May 30th Chest/delts/triceps

Decided on todays workout, we wanted to get more into basic movements..so we started with (listed main sets only)

Barbell Incline Press - 285 x 8 x 2/ Rest Paused set
notes - last rep on each round was a forced rep

Smythe Front Press - 270 x 7 x 3/ Rest Paused set
notes - last rep on each round was a forced rep

Smythe Reverse Grip Press (tricep) - 180 x 20 /widowmaker set
notes - fully pumped triceps after this final set, went higher reps to not bother right elbow

good workout, felt decent. Barbell incline press was kinda hard, just because of the balancing of the bar, not like hammer or smythe.
 
Thursday May 31st and Friday June 1st...some light calfs and cardio

Just did some calfs, and some light hams on Thursday this past week. Didnt want to do an all out leg workout as my partner and I will do that on sunday. I was feeling a tad tired that day, so I backed off and just did this...

seated calf raises - 3 sets x 20 reps/ went light for the pump

Lying leg curls - 4 sets x 12-15 reps / went light and slow for the pump

then did 30 mins of cardio on the treadmill

Friday just did 45 mins of cardio on the treadmill..didnt do anything else, beside eat and rest...
 
what brand of GH are you running? I keep hearing about many that are testing out to be nothing.

its called diamond label...Its just a plain vial with a diamond printed on the vial...its decent, not like human grade..but to be honest with ya big. I havnt ran H.G. for years, so I cant even remember what it is like ... But, I do get normal sides from it...if I start to run upward of 5iu's per day..

here is a offseaon posing from today. Im actully kinda flat today, as I was only weighing 260lbs...I have been 265lbs most of the week, but during the week. I eat clean most of the week. So as the week goes on I get leaner, and somewhat flater...I started the morning out with eggs, and pancakes but it wasnt enough food to really get me fuller looking...so im going to do another video on tuesday or wends when im much fuller.

well the goal is 275lbs, but I dont want my bodyfat much higher than what it is now at 265lbs. So if I can add a solid 10lbs more by Sept, then hold that weight until Jan 2013. I think I can be a pretty solid super at around 230-235lbs and in my 2006 conditioning or even my 2009 conditioning at 3 weeks out ... If I do that, then my chances at master north americans or master nationals (over 40) is pretty good ... (IMO) Honestly my goals now, is just master's division over 40. I want to go into my state show next year, and blow it up...Win it at weigh in's... then maybe do Jr.USA or Jr.Nats...then wait until 2014 and do Master Nationals and master north americans over 40 division.

I know in the pics you cant really see alot, with my shirt on. But I have thicken up in my chest and back some. Ofcourse my waist is up to, but that is gonna happen when bulking up some. My legs are thicker, and up a solid half inch. My arms are up a quarter inch. I think my delts look a touch rounder and fuller. I will get up some better pics this weekend.
 
oh forgot just a quick note..

starting some liquid dbol ....just 12mg for now (full dose is 25mg at 1ml oral use)

so the cycle as of now is this....cyp at 250mg E3D, test prop 50mg E3D, Npp 100mg E3D, Desma Winstrol 50mg E3D...hgh, igf, humalin R

doses are much lighter than normal, but I just wanted to see how my body responds to this, as im using new sponsor's and just wanted to test it out...as you can see its working, as my weight has gone up to 265lbs in the past 3 and half weeks. (starting weight was 245lbs after taking 3 weeks off, from training and eating) so it has been a great rebound so far

remember this is just what I would do if I could...but ofcourse im not...im pretending....

June 3rd...all out leg workout...

listing main sets only


standing calf raises - 740 x 13 reps dropset to 400 x 10 reps
note - this was a dropset after doing 3 warm up sets to the 740lbs.

Lying leg curls (cybex) - 170 x 10 + 1 / total 11 reps last one forced rep

Hack Sqauts - 320 x 15 + 3 / total 18 reps last 3 reps are forced reps

great wrokout for only doing 3 movements...but it was HIT style type of workout...huge leg pump...
 
June 4th back and biceps

listing main sets only

DB alternate curls - 50 x 11 + 4 / rest pause set
note - to failure on each round

DB One arm Hammer curls (on preacher bench standing) - 35 x 12 each arm

Note - to failure each arm

Hammer Behind Neck Pulldowns - 270 x 11 + 1 / total 12 reps
Note - last rep was forced

Rack deads on smythe machine (old black smythe) - 360 x 15
note -to positive failure

Hammer shrugs - 360 x 15
note -positive failure

another great workout...slighlty flat on this day...note to up carb intake the next few days...weight was only 261lbs

Looks like you've got your target weight in the bag. Sure the shirt covers your torso but I can clearly see how much thicker you're getting. I love the goals you setting for yourself! And you're off to a tremendous start with plenty of time to tweak and fine tune things before the first state show. You're an inspiration for us older guys bro, keep crushing it!
 
the last two days (thurs and friday) I have just done cardio ...45mins on the treadmill...just to help keep my bodyfat down and BP...

also to note...my bodyweight is holding at 265lbs now, for the past week. Seems to be my new holding weight..instead of going up and down from 260 to 265lbs...so that is good news...now on to 270lbs...

also the dbol that I just started Ive already notice a good pump the last couple days...hope to see strengh gains in a few more days....I think this is some good stuff...I hope so, cross your fingers...

also to note...on HGH, I think I like doing it ED vs. EOD (at a higher dose) doing 5iu's ED, instead of 10iu's EOD (or 3x a week) I think im staying leaner doing it ED vs. EOD...its hard to say if im getting better gains of of EOD or 3x per week. Im not sure to be honest. HGH is one of those things, that just needs to be taken on a ED dosing schedule...I know alot of guys like doing a blast type of dosing schedule, but for me
ED seems to be better. I still think doing 5-6iu's ED is a good amount and will do wonders if your doing insulin and IGF with it...

on schedule this weekend....legs on saturday and chest, delts and triceps on sunday...
