well the goal is 275lbs, but I dont want my bodyfat much higher than what it is now at 265lbs. So if I can add a solid 10lbs more by Sept, then hold that weight until Jan 2013. I think I can be a pretty solid super at around 230-235lbs and in my 2006 conditioning or even my 2009 conditioning at 3 weeks out ... If I do that, then my chances at master north americans or master nationals (over 40) is pretty good ... (IMO) Honestly my goals now, is just master's division over 40. I want to go into my state show next year, and blow it up...Win it at weigh in's... then maybe do Jr.USA or Jr.Nats...then wait until 2014 and do Master Nationals and master north americans over 40 division.
I know in the pics you cant really see alot, with my shirt on. But I have thicken up in my chest and back some. Ofcourse my waist is up to, but that is gonna happen when bulking up some. My legs are thicker, and up a solid half inch. My arms are up a quarter inch. I think my delts look a touch rounder and fuller. I will get up some better pics this weekend.
