Thanks fam, and right now its all about moving those heavy weights fast. 365 itself isn't insanely heavy, but moving it like lightning and explosively is key.

I'd really like to end a block soon-ish at 405 moving really well.

With my build, even though I look "big" if I consistently train heavy (405-455 range) I tend to break down really fast, which would be doubly bad with all my little injuries I have (remember I am 40 with 20 year training history).


I'd like to hit 405 for 5x3 before I really ramp up the supps for comp season, but again theres a HUGE difference between 405 5x3 where each rep is a grinder and you're dying set to set versus is 405 for 5x3 moving fast and explosively-- say with an amrap of at least 5 if push came to shove.

November is a while out, i've got plenty of time to build a massive foundation.

Admittedly i've got to get my calories higher, and preferably not from shit sources.
 
Speed of the rep is a good indicator. My first 2 reps on my squat (792lbs x 4) yesterday flew up

Squats Tonight, typically we do Wednesday but training partner has a work function tomorrow.

We have about a 4 week wave before family trip. Will likely look like this:


Week 1
Squat 365 5x3
Secondary: 275 2x~15

Week 2
Squat 385 5x3
Secondary: 315 2x~15

Week 3
Squat 405 5x3
Secondary: 365 2x~10

Week 4
Squat 425/435 5x3
Squat 405 AMRAP

After Squats for the next 4 weeks we will likely be doing
Hack Squats
Leg Curls
Leg Extensions
Good Girls/Bad Girls



Steroid Cycle

Testosterone 200mg/week (I am going to refrain from upping the dose here until after July)
Masteron 200mg a week (swapped out the deca the other week)
Anavar (Touchdown from Steroidify yesterday, going to be using A-Tech labs Anavar 50mg)

Will run that until I leave for July trip, then when I get back evaluate where I want to go :)
