today was pretty rough, hungry is hitting extremely hard since this entire week is low carb days due to no training. no caffeine is definitely affecting me also but i do need a tolerance break from caffeine. this will be a long 19 weeks but i am prepared and focused!

my energy was up way higher than the rest of the week today, seeming to not have the urge to have caffine as bad. sleep is great, appetite is definitely extremely high though. sticking to the plan and diet will be a rough few months but i’m prepared and will give it my all!

what’s up everyone! today was my first day back lifting in 5 days and the workout was great! i haven’t had a better lift in a long time, that time off really did help my body better than i realized. also the first day i was allowed to eat a good amount of food. energy and mood was definitely the highest it’s been all week. glad to be back in the flow, just over 18 weeks until show!

what’s up everyone! today was another solid day, following the plan and on track to competition! energy and mood was pretty good, training was great (other than everyone interrupting to talk in the gym). check ins went great, probably my best check in yet. adding reta in starting tonight and will be dropping to a 4 day training schedule.
