Dude no cardio at all this week dont lift your legs at all and do like a light full body workout just to get a good pump mon and tues....the rest of the week take it easy b/c you are gonna be tired as hell by sat brotha. Lets see you should pry start taking taraxatone on tues and continue through fri start your sodium depletion tuesday....lets see if I forgot anything I will write another book for you...GOOD LUCK!
I would do no cardio after WEd bro....you can get taraxatone at gnc...or take a shitload of xenadrine or hydroxycut...bout the same thing. Dont get pissed man you are sposed to look like shit the beginning of this week wait till you cut sodium and water and carb load on fri night you will look great I promise man keep it up!!You got any questions pm...just make sure you do NO legs except cardio!!
Do the Taraxatone. I wouldn't train and nothing more than alittle walking. That water will come off as you will start pissn all over the place. Hope you have a string bladder lol Double up on the Tarax doses.
