Beginning my bulk

5 Week Update: Hey guys it's been a while since I've been up here and since I've got the time now I figured I'd do a little update of my progress. I'm back in college now and busy as can be but everything looks good so far. I made sure that my classes are split throughout the day so I can still get my 6 meals in. I've also been taking igf and this is my third week on it and all I can say is I LOVE THIS STUFF. I've gained an inch on my arms and couldn't be happier with the results. I bounce around from 245-250lbs and would say I'm now about 15-16%bf and getting to where I would like to start cutting. So my plan is to start cutting next week and pick back up with the igf in 3 weeks and possibly some of cyber supplementz stuff. the question now is what should my diet look like? %protein, carbs, fats ? I will be throwing in some cardio slowly and work my way up. My goal is to get down to 220 and decide where to go from their.

good to hear from ya brutha, and sounds like u are doing well. what does ur current diet look like bro. ALso you have been on the igf 3 weeks now? and ur dropping the igf now until 3 weeks away? just not sure how you meant that

Yeah, sounds like he is doing 3 weeks on and 3 off with the IGF.

I'm glad you are loving the IGF, bro. Posting those videos paid off, huh?
 
Yes Ox you are correct I'm doing 3 weeks on 3 weeks off. I was gonna do 4 but a bottle will last me for only 3 weeks and I'm not feeling it as much as I did the 1st 2 weeks so its about that time to get off I guess. As far as diet I'm getting 360g of protein (1 shake post workout), and I try to shoot for 400g of carbs but some days my body just won't let me eat that much. I'm actually looking forward to cutting because I'm sick and tired of eating sweet potatoes. Also I asked earlier but haven't gotten an answer yet. What should my diet look like when I'm cutting?
 
Cut your carbs down to around 300g and you can adjust from there, but that'd be a drop of 25% and should make for a decent difference from what your body is used to. You can keep the protein at 1.5-2g per pound of bodyweight and the fat you'll want to keep low
