LOL, I know that isnt big, but for me it is. When I started they were 15", so 3" isnt so bad. Yes it took years, but we all know how stubborn calves are at growing. Goal is to have 20". But im sure that will be a couple of years down the road.

Haha, I just made a post about my calves too....Mine are small are then the right lags behind a good bit, but it's coming along...I kind of feel like Nemo with his lucky fin (come on guys, I know I'm not the only one who's seen this movie)

That's awesome, bro, 18" is my next goal for my calves. Hope to get ultimately to 19" at least.

That's crazy I just measured mine and was furious that they weren't 18" yet. I'm up to 605lbs on Donkey calf Raises for 23 reps and 425 on standing barbell raises (barbell across your back and you stand on your tip toes and come down and just barely touch your heels to the floor). I'm also training them at every workout and doing DC stretches... stubborn bastards.
Congrats, 18 is a good size.

That's crazy man, make sure you wear a belt. I used to do these and I wasn't wearing a belt one time and when I came down in the movement, my shoulders went back and stomach forward and it buckled my back. It took my breath away and I couldn't walk downstairs for a couple days. Luckily I wasn't seriously hurt, but my back hurt for a week after that. Needless to say, I haven't done them since
