Carbing up

Well I guess it kind of works out that I havent been working many hours the last two weeks, bc the cyc just started and pasta is cheap, I weighed 196 already yesterday from 188 a week and a half ago. Kind of sucks because I dont want to put too much fat on but I add a lot of cheese to most of my pasta dishes, and eat a huge portion, esp on the drol.
I am going for another job right now and if I get it it will be just in time to start eating healthier for the cutting phase, results to follow
 
I sure hope so, I made sure to have a high intake of meat today and yeserday to make up for the huge carb load this week
 
when you least expect it things work out that way....

nothing is better than getting thrown off and making progress cause of it
 
yeah thats me today too, after all the crazy work outs this week I was feeling like I may be catching a cold so I laid down all day (after painting at my Dads house) and im sure its the rest I need for rebuild
 
You definitely gain in your sleep so I think that's often a way of your body telling you it's time to grow, I feel so much better when I'm able to take a nap after the gym
