I work 915 to 615 everyday. Eat dinner at 630. Have atleast 120 grams protein by then hit gym 730 take 2 scoop shaken with water and 45 min later I jog/walk 1.8 miles (distance around my block 3 times) and that's 5 days a week. I'll end my day with a Greek yogurt. Bout 220 grams protein a day. On 300mg test e and 300mg eq every 4 days.

Am I doing to much cardio if I'm looking to put on really lean size?

I'd say no. Whats your height/weight and where are you trying to get to

well I dont think that is too much esp when you are wanting to get some bf off of you

it sounds like this is your first cycle bro, ur gear will be working by now, i dont know what your expecting to see from the AAS, generally when people do their first cycle their expectation of gains are way to high. at 36 days in and if you havent seen results yet then gear or not your diet should of shown you some progress in either direction by now. your not really eating that much, esp not enough to put on 15 pounds, and IMO your cardio is too little to see and bf% losses, if i were you id pick a particular goal and go for that, if putting on muscle while losing fat was easy then u would never see a fat offseason bodybuilder, your body will build muscle alot more effectively when your focusing only on that, and visa versa wth fat loss.

You'll be fine, just stay the course and if you don't start seeing differences in the next 2 weeks, taper back a little and see what happens

Do cardio separately from weight training. Do on different days or at least spread them out over a day. Like weights in morning and cardio at night.

Well I do space them out. Take a shake after the gym then wait an hour then go for a run, but I'll try the before work running soon.
Can I preload too? Is it bad to do that I just got OCD and I'd like to know exactly how much I have and what day I finish and start pct and stuff

Ok. This is almost as bad as cardio right after lifting. The 3 hour post workout period is very important. It needs to be used for recovery and nutrition. Try to postpone cardio at least that long.

dude your doing to much cardio, when putting on lean mass, 3 days a week for 30 minutes, 45 minutes max......your carbs need to be raised up. 300g of carbs at least. keep them complex, sweet potatos brown rice and oat meal only.

no salt no sugar, you will get the results you want.
