Yesterday I went lower weight and higher reps than usual on chest. Today I went higher weight and lower reps than usual on back. I'm going to try to keep changing up weight and reps on every workout to really keep my muscles guessing.

good idea for sure bro. most of us, myself included never change it up and we should.
 
I do similar things, just depends on how I feel that day. You'll love the results from doing this
