ok guys here is my new log. I wanted to start this all new, cause my goals are different now. Im not sure on what show I want to do, if I want to compete this fall or wait until spring of next year. As of now, my goal is to grow, and get as big and I possiable can. Im sitting right at 258lbs now, and I feel like 265 is just around the corner.
The log will be basically like my old one's, cover workouts, weight, diet, supplements, notes, ect, ect. Just started cause its a new start for me. So I wanted this to be new to...So look for my first workout notes after friday evening.
