ok guys here is my new log. I wanted to start this all new, cause my goals are different now. Im not sure on what show I want to do, if I want to compete this fall or wait until spring of next year. As of now, my goal is to grow, and get as big and I possiable can. Im sitting right at 258lbs now, and I feel like 265 is just around the corner.

The log will be basically like my old one's, cover workouts, weight, diet, supplements, notes, ect, ect. Just started cause its a new start for me. So I wanted this to be new to...So look for my first workout notes after friday evening.

also I'll have new updated pics this weekend...:p
 
We both gta show comming up in Oct bro so nw is the time to stop all the petty bullshit and focus on what we both want, VICTORY!!!!! You have been such a good friend and mentor. Without your help and advice you have given me I would be no where near I am now. You got this bro. No more excuses and no fckn regrets my friend. When you step on that stage in oct, no one will be able to even hang with you.
 
starting cycle

well if I was in a country that allowed use of gear, this is what I would be doing now...

test cyp 250mg Every 3rd day
test prop 50mg Every 3rd day
NPP 100mg Every 3rd day
Winny V (desma) 50mg Every 3rd day
HGH 5iu's ED
humalin R 10 iu's post workout

if I start to run into joint issues with the winny v then I will switch it up to a different compound. masteron enth, maybe ?

yes, I do like cyp better than sust. I just seem to have better results doing cyp/prop combo than the sust. combo. Idk what it is, but I just feel like my growth and lean gains are better overall. Not that I wouldnt do sust. and im sure I will try sust in the future...
 
You ever came across prop thats painless? And npp 100mg? When do u think.is best time to of the day to administer the growth

sorry bro, I dont think that is the show im going to do...Im pretty set on doing the april shows in 2013....I realy want to get up to 270-275lbs before i have to diet down...

May 26th saturday - Chest/delt/triceps

Here is todays workout, im doing a modified DC/HIT type of routine. My recovery has been an issue if I do to much volume or to many intensity tricks. So Im doing a routine to hit each bodypart, twice over 8 days. Go to failure, keep the volume lowered, and only put in rest pauses, or drop sets when I feel really recovered...todays workout, listed main sets only...

Chest - Delts - Triceps

Hammer Incline Press - 360 x 9 + 1 / Forced rep
Notes - did 4 warm up sets, around 10 reps each, at 90, 90, 180, 270 then to my main set.

Cybex Front Deltoid Press - 175 x 14 + 1/ Forced rep
Notes - did 2 warm ups of 10 reps each.

Tricep Overhead Cable Extension - 80 x 21 + 1/ Forced rep
Notes - did a warm up set, then right to main set. Did higher reps cause of my right elbow has been bothering me. I still get good pump, and im appling my MC IGF to my tricep around this area that is bothering me to help with recovery.

good workout, even though I felt tired coming into the gym.

I couldn't agree more. I'd still be a year away from my first experience with AAS's if it wasn't for the folks like Chris here willing to pass on their knowledge.

yes I have on the prop...just gotta get a good brand or HG, which is hard to do, but it is possiable. NPP is fast acting deca, some people say it is like tren ace or something, but I dont agree with that. Its just fast acting deca, less sides cause it is in and out of your system faster. I like it better than longer acting deca. Actully truth be told, Im starting to perfer anything shorting acting now, than longer acting. Just becasue I know if I run into issues, with BP or health, I can stop it and be out of my body within days.

as for HGH, I just take it in the morning and post workout. I dont honeslty know if there is a best time for HGH. Some people believe so, but if its real its gonna do the job it is suppose to do...

Desma Winstrol, good stuff! You got any plans this weekend?, would like to call and chat with you on some things. But I know this is a holiday weekend and didnt want to interrupt your time with the family.

Legs Sunday May 27th

Quads - hams - calfs

Standing Calf Raises - 640 x 25 + 5 / partials reps last 5 reps

Lying leg curls (cybex) - 150 x 12 + 3/ partials reps last 3 reps

Super Squats (plate loaded machine) - 360 x 20 / just went for good pump

this wasnt a crazy workout, just wanted to get some blood moving in there. This was suppose to be done on fridays workout, but crap came up and I coundnt make it to the gym in time. So I did it today.

Still a good workout, did 40 mins cardio post workout on the treadmill.

Listed main sets only ...
 
Monday May 28th - Back and biceps

Today my partner and i went up to the University of Iowa Training Center. Its a new 3 floor gym, with an indoor pool, and basketball courts. The gym is on all 3 floors, with the main part of the gym on the first floor.

so we did back and biceps (listed main sets only)

Cable Preacher one arm curls - 42.5lbs x 12 + 3/ rest pause set

Cable Hammer one arm curls - 37.5lbs x 15/ to failure

Front lat pulldowns - 230 x 12 x 3/ rest pause set, to failure

Hammer one arm rows - 250lbs x 15 + 1/ forced rep

overall great workout, felt super pumped. I dont know if it was a new place that got me pscyhed up or what, but I had a super workout.

weight today was 265lbs...heaviest in about 7-8 years. I havnt been over 260lbs in a long, long time...
