I am limited on time here lately and have been going in the gym and doing a really quick upper body circuit one day then lower body the next. I actually think it might be good to do this every 6 months or so just for a change. I can get a decent pump and I'm in and out within like 30 minutes. Obviously I'm not able to focus on any one muscle, but it feels good to hit it all like that
 
that sucks bro that you dont have time to get to gym, but i guess what ur doing is definatly better then nothing
 
there's a good article on the internet somewhere on the penn state football programs circuit training......lavar arrington got excellent results with the gear and the training
 
i never maintain strength when i do this type of training. dont use it ya lose it i guess.
but i do get cut up if im not on a bulking diet.
 
I guess to some degree I'm still getting a small workout from work alone lol. I'm up and down stairs in apartment buildings all day carrying boxes and shit. So between lifting and carrying boxes and walking up and down stairs, I'm still doing some type of physcial activity in addition to the circuit training. It's only for 3 more weeks so it'll be all good come New Years
