I am limited on time here lately and have been going in the gym and doing a really quick upper body circuit one day then lower body the next. I actually think it might be good to do this every 6 months or so just for a change. I can get a decent pump and I'm in and out within like 30 minutes. Obviously I'm not able to focus on any one muscle, but it feels good to hit it all like that
