Hey everyone beginning the start and header of my log for one of the newest designer steroids made by the leaders in the industry CELTIC LABS, whom always seem to be on the verge of something new.

Name: DEMI-GOD
Age: 24 and 8 months
Height: 6’1
Weight:212
Body Fat%: 15% not sure if that’s accurate though
Prior PH Experience: DMZ, Epi, Methylstenbolone, Super-DMZ 2.0

History
: Been lifting consecutively for about 3 years with no break. If I don’t get to the gym it becomes a bad day, with the exception of the time I spend with my son every other weekend of course. Overall my schedule tends to be a 3 day split at the moment, lifting heavier on one day for the muscle group and then a higher intensity with lower weight three days later. Making for 1 official rest day a week.

Handicaps
: Radial Head in left arm was removed due to a break I attained 15 months ago. So I literally only am stabilized at the elbow joint buy 1 bone and muscle. I’ve got limited range of motion and am weaker on the left because of it… funny thing is my left arm is shorter now lol yet has better endurance. Due to pain I don't often go super heavy but rather as heavy as I can and tolerate the pain.

What is Dimethabold?
In short it is 2, 17-Methandrostenalone. With its parent compound being boldenone, you add a 17a methylation to get you Dianabol. You then methylate the 2 position and are provided with Dimethabold. This is what my research has told me
With this being so new it is unclear to anticipate entirely dry or wet gains. Hoping for dry lean gains

Goal: Recomp with added lean mass.

Got my letro and nolva today, still waiting on the ostarine as HP is still finishing up orders since they closed up shop... I anticipate it'll be here in a week and pray to God it gets here soon as it has been over a month -_-

I really want to start now, but I've made the mistake once of doing that with out all of my planned cycle and it made it sort of hectic. However, theoretically I could start cause I've got milk thistle, RYR, saw palmetto, and turmeric on hand already.
 
so all your cycle is legal prohormones is that correct? i get confused with them all now. if so i am intrested have a few friends who are "natural" well they wont use regular old gear.

Yeah all of this is legal, the Dimethabold is a double methylated dianobol, other loggers are comparing it to tren but others are saying methylstenbolone. As far as support goes, the herbals have done me well.. cholesterol use to be 256 a while back, then after a cycle and pct it was around 183 I believe. I also know Red yeast rice is what the RX lovastatin was originally derived from. It works and of course the nolva helps too. Hawthorne for blood pressure acts similar to ace inhibitors I believe and turmeric is just a wonder herb, anti cancer, liver health, kidney function and helps with pain too... Equivalent clinically to 400mg of ibuprofen at 1000mg if I remember right.

I wish I had the gear to do a test base as I would say way better results than I'm expecting but money is tight and time is a factor.
 
Got me my support sups today. Came literally over night, I was surprised cause I honestly wasn't expecting them till the middle of the week. Gonna start tomorrow so lets get ready for the ride. Tomorrow is leg day.

if time allows I hit abs too but I got work tomorrow so I will probably hit them on my lunch break with cardio. (got a gym at the office) will update. Gonna check tolerance with 15mg to start.
 
Hit legs today as listed above however didn't hit 315 for 5 on squats. I was feeling tired and my pre-workout was not giving me the jolt to and fire I'm used too. Looked like this:

I like to stretch after leg workout too but didn't get to do that either. Not happy with the entire workout but glad I was able to get one in.

I managed to do some P90X ab ripper at home tonight. I will say for being day 1 I did notice an increase in resting body temperature and although I did not sweat that much with my leg work out today... I sweat like a pig tonight when I was doing abs. Probably was in by system well enough by that point. I also felt more irritable today as well I'm not sure if it is cause my sleep last night was only like 6.5 hours though but usually I'm not as pissy as I was today.

For example at work I was on hold with a client. With it being a Sunday things are very slow so no rush or stress, but I was getting pissed about being on hold so I hung up and called back... on hold again, talking out loud at this point to myself about how terrible these people are to have put me on hold for soooo long..... THEN I looked at the time.............. I was only on hold for like 3 minutes. LOL That's it only 3! At that point I chuckled to myself and still being irritated I was like hmmm... I guess I'm going to be the Alpha at home, gym and the office on this one. AHA

As far as food intake today goes, I had 2 eggs scrambled w/ham and cheese for breakfast and a pita with a piece of chicken.
Whey protein post workout and a Greek yogurt
I found a pop-tart in my desk i forgot about and ate that-- woops lol
lunch was chicken and broccoli
pure protein bar
dinner was chicken and broccoli
bedtime protein shake and a couple spoonfuls of cottage cheese cause I like that shit.

I also read it's comparable to Tren-dien the Tren PH. I'm curious on how toxic.. Hopefully BA or PA can give an estimation... I'd say it's gonna be rather toxic. But IDK.

It seems like all the 2,17 ph's have a toxic profile, sd, m-sten, dmz etc.. I'm guessing this will be the same way.. unfortunately. However all of them are pretty effective PH

I was thinking that... money is the issue at the moment got a bill for my storage unit that was overdue and needed to be paid or they were gonna auction off my stuff. I wouldn't like the daily injections with trest either. Oral trest seems less effective too. Perhaps I will still get it this week. Convince me on the trest, I need a push to buy it, I'm worried about to much estro from it.

Thanks bro! I only ran oral trest worked fine 4 me how good is the inj version? U could also use 4-AD or dermacrine just to assist libidio legally..
 
I've ready trest is a lot more effective when injected, I just don't like the extreme androgenic activity of it or how easily it coverts to estrogen. Did you feel bloated on trest?
 
First time I used it was mentabolan the ph version @ 100mg w/ 800mg test no real bloat. The 2nd time was trestobol & Dbol, very bloated after eating high carbs..
 
Started the day off today weighing 204lbs WTF? I took some l-dopa last night (500mg) I've never experience a fluctuation like that before though..

Took my supps and pills
Breakfast- 3 eggs ham and cheese, oatmeal w/a scoop of peanut butter and a protein shake w/milk+leucine.
Then hit the gym, Back and bi's.. Started slow finished strong though. Had somebody come over to me and say he like my techniques and was making mental notes for himself. Felt nice to get some acknowledgement from a random person haha was negging the gym though, I don't like hearing people talk negatively to me! Keep you opinions to yourself unless they are important you know?

work out was like this
wide grip pull ups 4 sets to failure
close grip chin ups 2 slow neg sets of 10 (hurts my handicap)
hammer strength seated row --- to max then drop set all the way down to two plates
reverse grip preacher curls super set into standing close grip barbell curls 3 sets

seated incline dumbbell curls into over head shoulder press into a negative shoulder fly... stop at the height of the shoulder during the neg fly and then bring it in front of your body arms straight out the whole time. (these are AMAZING for giving you a HUGE pump in your whole upper body.) 1 full set -- 2 sets without the neg flys.. (its not shoulder day lol)

standing concentration curls 2 or 3 sets
tricep extensions (handicap pain) 2 sets
straight armed lat pull downs 2 sets
bent over barbell row 3 sets

protein shake
Dunkins medium Iced coffee *for free mind you* ;)
greek yogurt
pumpkin seeds here and there to munch on
2 lean cuisines (left lunch at home and had to improvise... was basically chicken broccoli and pasta with sauce still got like 40 grams of protein at 500 cals and 35% sodium so ehh)
20 minutes on elyptical
wheat protein isolate
protein bar
chicken breast w/cottage cheese
sleepytime tea
leucine and support sups w/ DMB
l-dopa 500mg

6+ liters of water throughout the day

I'm not working tomorrow and it will be chest and shoulders. I LOVE hitting shoulders. Gotta get them BOULDER SHOULDERS!!

Like i said in my earlier post I was feeling drained and like I was about to fall asleep after my lunch break.. (did the elliptical) not sure if its cause of that. Had a hard time staying focused while at work and was easily distracted by stupid things like getting tinder matches on my phone lol

ended the day at 209lbs I was using ECA last week and shed a little more weight before I started the DMB so actual starting weight was around 209. This morning I was looking real dry too so I think I had little water retention and low glycogen stores if you look at my diet from a carb prospective. It's relatively low. This will change as I plan to slowly introduce more carbs rather and shock them back into my love handles lol

Okay so yesterday I hit chest shoulders and tri's

Work out was good and I actually took an extra cap sublingually about 30 minutes before I hit the gym, just to see if it made any difference. Honestly I will say that out of know where during the middle of one of my sets I got this rush type feeling that consumed my mind and body. It was like something just turned on this switch and my whole being was in a euphoric state of get shit done. LOL

My workout was very thorough and not rushed as sometimes I have to do. I actually received a compliment from an ox of a man lol if he was a natty then the guy has some very good genetics lol

flat bench press super set into incline smith bench 4 sets -- 5th a drop set did't go heavy as my elbow was hurting. 135lbs 15-20x's a set plus inclines

I use a bit of the machine for chest cause it helps a lot with the pain in my joint that had the break. This makes it kind of difficult for me to log all my exercises =/
decline press machine 5 sets --- last set a drop set to failure, drop it, to failure, repeat.
incline dumbbell press superset to shoulder flys 3 sets 12 reps each
shoulder press 3 sets 12 reps
front lateral raise with dumbbells and barbell
tricep extensions 2 or 3 sets.. can't recall
dips 3 sets of 20, assisted (elbow pain here)
cable crossovers, low 2 sets, mid 2 sets, high 2 sets
front barbell shrugs 3 sets 12-15
incline dumbbell shrugs 2 sets

Thats all, Diets was 3 eggs ham and cheese and a shake pre w/o
bcaa's intra w/o
sushi and odwalla protein shake post workout
chicken breast
got mexican and had a steak burrito
came home and had some pineapple and more chicken and cottage cheese then hit the bed
 
So far so good huh? u took the DMB sublingually? You started @ 1 pill ED now your @ 2? Any idea the 1/2 life?
 
I actually bumped to 3... this weekend I'm dropping to 2 again tho cause I'll be with my son which means no gym time till sunday night. Half life....honestly hard to say but I would guess that is low cause I end up feeling some head fog 8 hours after I've taken it.. could just be me tho.
