For the past 4-5 days, my energy levels have hit a wall about half way threw the day. It seems as I hit a certain point of bodyfat, I cant get no energy no matter what. Even if I eat more carbs, fats, ect. I just dont get much out of it. I can take a pre workout drink or ECA stack. I get some energy for about an hour or so. But then Im worse off than before. Its going to be a long 9 weeks until the show. I normally dont hit this point until about a month to 3 weeks out. I guess, im way ahead of the game, but then again, I dont want to hit my peak early, or start going backwards.
