enlarged liver?

Idk about the liver but I know heart enlargement is exercise induced. A study showed endurance had the largest hearts out of the entire athletic population, thats including "enhanced" bodybuilders. I'd say its less due to AAS and more from the increased work load from intense exercise.

I don't know man, i know it enlarges without gear and just from natural training, however i do think steroids make it a lot bigger
