Hello,

I am a 27 year old female. I have been doing fitness forever and lifting for about 4 years. Just recently I have decided to start training for shows. I am getting a little frustrated that I cannot lose that last little bit of fat on my body. Can you suggest any good cardio routines or weight lifting routines that will help me?

there is a lot of debate with is better. Maintaining your heart rate at 135 for 20 minutes+. The other is hitt training, where you ramp up your heart rate to a healthly level for 3-5 minutes, then back down for 2-3 minutes. this is usually something you only want to do for 20 minutes. If your not crawling when your done, you need to go for a higher peak.

Hi thanks for contact.
That little fat you are talking about we all have left close to the show is just matter of play with your diet and get rid of it, more or less cardio and take a look of your workout routines and technique, but 90% to get dry is diet.

YOu can see people getting close to their shows and doing up to 3 hours of cardio a day and they just lose weight and muscle and the little fat storaged stays there, Mike Mentzer told me back in 1994 " Heinz ....More is not Better!!!" you just have to adjust everything you are doing and find out the right amounts to get to the point you are looking for.

Thats is the point where every of us need a trainer/nutritionist, we can do it ourselves, you have too much stuff to take care of, training, cardio, diet and work, also family and other problems to be realistic and take care of yourself.

EVERYBODY NEEDS A TRAINER.
