I like to run my oatmeal through a coffee grinder and add it to my shakes in the am for a breakfast on the run or believe it or not I like cooked oatmeal with a can of albacore tuna and a serving of granola over that. Sounds kind of gross but I really like it and I get about a 100grams of complex carbs and 52grams of good protein in one sitting with that route.
Of course brown rice is my other fave and I eat it with most everything else before 6:00pm. No carbs for me after 6....
